+ -1 moreReally well. He was flexible when we realized the rot/termite damage was worse than expected. I also mis-measured and needed the new entryway door moved after he had already fully framed and hung it, and he was totally okay with the change. He kept a clean work space the entire job as well. All in, it was a smooth process and I'll definitely use him on my next large project.
Description of Work: Replaced garage sill plate, and bottom 2' of all studs in a 2 car detached garage. Replaced 3/4 of the corners all the way to the roof, about 10% of the studs 5' up, and much of the plywood outside the studs. Removed all existing siding on garage and replaced with Cement Fiber Board including one gable with simulated wood shake CFB. Also installed a new 36" steel door entryway, and 2 new windows.

+ 0 moreHe is a very good contractor and a very good carpenter. All the subs that he has working for him seem to be top notch in terms of the work they do. They were very careful and cleaned up after themselves every day. They seem to really take the time to do the job right. He didn't cut corners. It was just quality workmanship.
Description of Work: H J Goldblatt served as the general contractor for the whole kitchen remodel. They completed the project a week ago.
