CROSSAN ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR

Description of Work: Tim Crossan is a 'preferred' vendor at the Philadelphian, a large condo building in the Art Museum area of Philly. We were re-habbing my mother's condo, needed electrician so hired Tim. took about 10 calls to get him to commit to the job. Once on the job, he's guys were very professional and nice. they put 7 new heads on track lighting, re-ran electricity through the kitchen and added an outlet. also put a new overhead light in bathroom. 2 of the track heads blew out within a week of installation. we called Tim for 10 MONTHS, not accusing, just asking for help to solve the problem. he NEVER called us back, not even a voice mail. We went to Generation 3 for the fix, they are extremely expensive but at least they showed up and fixed the issue. it was simply that the bulbs on the new heads were not dim-able, something Mr. Crossan should have known. very disappointed.
