I spent $2000 on that work. The job went very well. They were prompt, quick and took good care and were efficient. They were quite helpful and pleasant. They did a good job cleaning up.

The system was installed on the dates arranged and finished completely on time. The work was done neatly, clean up was excellent, explanations for use were given. The system now is running and seems to be doing so perfectly.

They were her for couple of hours as they were trying to figure out the wiring. They were very responsive and professional.

They were very prompt. I called them for cleaning the furnace and to check out the valves in the zoning system. They came out and fixed the zoning system and told me that they did not clean the oil furnaces. They serviced the air conditioning unit. When the bill came out I spoke with the manager of the organization and she was very kind enough to reduce the bill to a more manageable amount given the fact that they did not do what I originally asked them to do i.e. cleaning the oil furnace. They initially charged me around $600 and the then they reduced it to $340. They were very good. They were responsible and cleaned up after themselves. It was not clear form the website or any other place that they did not do the oil burners. The price was average. I did not get what I asked for. The price was high for servicing the air conditioning system. They had put in for the senior discount so I think they considered it as they dropped the price considerably. I would first look out for other companies before I go with Bob Cermignano.

This is a family-owned business. Every employee that I have ever talked to is just great and really knows the business. They are fair. They come on time and they are trustworthy!

Very responsive, returned calls, on-time, and took the time to explain everything to me. Apparently furnaces come in standard sizes and our house was on the fence as to which size it would need. After surveying the house, Bob didn't try to up-sell us on the bigger furnace and assured us we'd be fine with the smaller size. He was right and I appreciated his honesty. We will continue to use them to service our heater in the future.

IT WAS 95 DEGREES OUT WHEN HE WAS HERE AND HE WAS UP IN THE ATTIC A GOOD PORTION OF THE TIME HE WAS HERE. HE DID NOT COMPLAIN AT ALL AND VERY PATIENT VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING. I UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING HE WAS DOING AND WHAT THE PROBLEMS WERE. THE OFFICE STAFF WAS ALSO VERY PROFESSIONAL. ALL SOUND VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE.

They did this job without any flaws and although I do not wish to show the price at this time, I do feel as though it was good for what I paid for.

Our air-conditioner went out on a Saturday in 93+ degree heat. The "repairman" Cermignano sent was unprofessional, slovenly, and ill-trained. He needed to call in to get instructions for what he should look for in a broken system. He told us we needed to replace the compressor and said Bob Cermignano would get back to us with a quote. We did not get a phone call or any written communication back from the firm despite the fact that we put in several calls to them on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday following the breakdown. After further unreturned calls on Thursday, I drove over to their offices. They claimed to have sent out a quote on Wednesday - five days after the breakdown! Despite the fact that his firm had "maintained" our A/C system for the previous ten years, he recommended a full replacement of the system costing well over $7000! Letters state he will service you whether you pay his maintenance fee or not -- this is untrue. It's simply extortion.

The extended warranty was never submitted to Carrier until we complained. They used tubing that was too thin in the attic and we had leaks causing ceiling damage.

PLUMBER WAS VERY POLITE, ON TIME AND REASONABLY PRICED; WORK WAS SATISFACTORY.
