+ -1 moreRecently, I had a refinishing job done by Ardmore Hardwood Floors, 2375 Haverford Rd, Ardmore, PA 19003, 610-896-5152. The crew, Felipe and Marcos, did a really fantastic job. They always showed up when they said they would, and the job was finished on time. The floor looked like it was brand new when they were done. It was not an easy job because the floors were in very bad shape. Moreover, my interaction with, Ronald Smith, Owner, and Jennifer, Office Manager, was a most pleasant experience. They are professional, understanding as well as flexible, and will work with you regarding the nuances (I.e., job time frame, cost estimates, etc.) of any specific job. Therefore, I highly or strongly recommend Ardmore Hardwood Floors to anyone seeking a hardwood floor installation or refinishing job.
Description of Work: Hardwood floor refinishing and quarter round molding installation.

When the representative from Ardmore Hardwood Floors initially came out to review what we needed done, I was told that the hardwood throughout the house was antique rare heart pine and DEFINITELY would come out beautiful. Well, beautiful is not quite the word I use. I say GORGEOUS! Detail oriented, respectful, kind, FAIR PRICE, communicative, helpful with EVERYTHING. It's not an easy thing to have your whole home's floors done, but Ardmore Hardwood Floors made it truly an experience that I'd do again. For goodness sakes, go with the best for your old floors. You're not going to believe what these professionals will do and how they can transform your home...AND...increase the real estate value of your home as well. They deserve more than praise. They deserve your business! The best thing I could have done for myself and my home!
Description of Work: Ardmore Hardwood Floors and Installation Designs came into my 100+ year old home and sanded, repaired and poly sealed all the floors in my home (except 2 bathroom floors and one bedroom with wall to wall) as well as a three story staircase.

+ -1 moreExcellent. Started with Ron who came out to provide a quote. Responded quickly to our inquiry and gave us a quote and possible start date right away. Jennifer, the customer service rep at the office was very professional and knowledgeable. Answered all of our questions before the date of service. Very reassuring to all of our concerns. The service guy that came to the house was punctual, professional, neat, thorough and did an awesome job. He taped up all areas with plastic and the dust was minimal. The floors look beautiful. Hard to believe they are 50 years old. We have oil base board heaters and he was able to get underneath them to give a complete finish. We would highly recommend Ardmore Hardwood.
