 + -1 moreJoe was great! He arrived about 20 minutes late (no problem, just saying) and went right to work. He immediately figured out what to do, and made it happen, even though it turned out to be a little more complicated than he had thought it would be. Great guy, great service! I would call him again in a heartbeat.
Description of Work: Joe hooked up our printer so that it would operate wireless through our home cable/internet setup. We had tried before, and failed.

 + -1 moreComputer was VERY slow and needed to be updated and cleaned. The technician arrived on time and was very polite. He stayed only one hour. He cleaned up files, got rid of things that we didn't need, cleaned and vacuumed the system and fans.The computer is now working beautifully. We were really happy with the service and I would absolutely call them again.

 + -1 moreI have taken my computers to them most often - always open when they say and quick to get the work done - you can pay for more expedited service if you wish. The cost seems high but it always turns out to be cheap to get the work done and be computer functional again. They also came out to the house one time to fix our wifi network - they were professional and prompt and most importantly fixed us right up.
Description of Work: We have used Ardmore computer for a number of things over the years. Mostly they have fixed our home computer and laptops when things have gone wrong. This includes replacing a hard drive when it died. They were able to recover all of the data from the hard drive and install a new one. They also helped us with our wifi networking after we switched to cable modem. They are excellent and have saved us a bundle through upgrades compared to buying new computer equipment.

 + -1 moreIt went fine. There were things on the computer that I wanted deleted and didn't know how to do, and he took care of it for me.
Description of Work: I didn't have any sound on my computer. When he came he found that the sound wasn't plugged in. So for the rest of the hour, he worked on other things on the computer for me.

 + -1 moreHe answered every single question I had. He was very courteous and nice. I would hire them again. They are one of the better computer services. No hard sale of any PC product.
Description of Work: I brought my computer over there and he called me a few days later to confirm that it wasn't worth repairing. The hard drive wasn't salvageable and he showed it to me. He gave me options if I wanted to purchase another used computer.
