It was great. I like them a lot. They've been recommended to me by my uncle. We hunted for over a year. They were really patient. My dad was in and out of the hospital. We worked with them on and off for over a year. We looked at a lot of houses probably more than usual but we were trying to find something that was perfect for my dad. They listened to what our criteria was and really tried hard to meet it. I think their price was the standard percentage. It's probably about the same as everybody else.

Over the past year we left it up to the Howard Hanna office manager to assign an agent to us for the purpose purchasing a new home and selling our existing one. The agents did not work out, even though we ended up purchasing a house with one of them. We planned on listing our home with the same agent which we used to purchase a house, but we just did not see eye to eye with her on so many levels, we chose to look for another agent. This time, we thought we would hand pick an agent from the Howard Hanna site in an office that was close to our new residence. off of their website based on the listed experience, type of listings, etc. ... . This was one of the smartest decisions we made in the past year and a half of house hunting/selling. We called Lailla Moran directly at her listed number and she returned our call shortly after. We met with her that night and she was very flexible to our busy schedule. We still had some cleanup to do at our house before it could be put on the market and she was more than patient with us. Once it was on the market, we had an offer within 2 days. The offer fell through during negotiations. We had another offer a few days later which we accepted. The entire process went unbelievable smooth from our first contact with her through the closing. Based on past experiences with other agents, we were waiting for something major to come up during process this time. To our amazement, the whole process went as smooth as possible (event with the closing on 9/13/13 - Friday the 13th), thanks to Lailla. She even offered and did attend some of the home inspections in our behalf because we were unable to attend due to our work schedules. Anyone who is looking for a real estate agent who is always professional, handles all of the details, and provides a stress free experience should give Lailla a call.
