Working with Dan was overall a very positive experience. He knows his business very well and is an extremely hard worker. The job we initially contracted him for was to shore up part of an existing driveway and expand it so that we could park a 15-20K 45' long RV. He estimated the job and completed it quickly and with good quality; he was even able to accommodate a late request to bury a conduit for electric wiring without additional cost. The second time we brought Dan in was to expand a single width driveway to accommodate two cars so that we could avoid the constant shuffling of vehicles. As Dan started working on the driveway, we realized we needed some additional work completed. There was a hidden sewer vent that was exposed and options for drainage were limited. Dan worked with us to revise the job, being very fair in absorbing what changes he could without cost, and charging appropriately for those that were more significant. To fix some drainage issues we were having, he leveled both our front and back yards to better accommodate drainage. At that point we decided to have him quote the addition of a cement driveway from the house to the front street, something we hadn't originally planned for at this point (it was on our to-do list for next year) but since the yard was already tore up, it made sense. He was able to accommodate the request and did an outstanding job on helping with the design and executing the finished product. We have had many, many, many compliments on the sidewalk. During the second job Dan did run into some issues with his supplier which left us in a half complete state for a little longer than we would have liked. He ultimately found a new supplier to allow him to finish the job, and we are very happy with the final outcome. (This is the reason for the 'B' rating for punctuality - generally speaking he did what he said he would do.) If you want to work with a reputable company that does quality work at reasonable prices, with flexibility to accommodate changes, Dan is definitely a person to go to.

Clean and efficient. Their work is sometimes weather dependent so that always can be an issue. The crew and Dan worked late one evening just to fininshe the job and clean up.
