Brian is excellent. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. He knew what was wrong with our freezer right away and fixed it quickly. He is very friendly and a pleasure to be around. He was price conscious and did not try to upgrade stuff. He was conscious of Covid procedures, wore a mask, and was sanitary. I would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone!
