Description of Work: I contracted with Ames for housecleaning services for almost a year. I kept thinking they might improve if I give them more clear direction. But the personnel kept changing and the supervisor (who was quite good) was rarely with the girls, so mistakes were made again and again. Trash was not removed, chairs were not swept under, light switches and window sills that clearly needed wiped were forgotten. Beds were left unmade. They had a powerful vacuum cleaner and brought their own cleaning supplies. This was a plus! Some were generally friendly, but others were uncommunicative and left without a word.

+ -1 moreThey are fast and efficient, bringing a team of 2-4 people every week. I work from home so I like that they are in and out quickly. They do the exact same thing every week and nothing extra, so some corners of the house are never getting clean and I have to point them out each week. They are on the expensive side.
