Wonderful!! Staff are all super friendly and work with you and are on time as well as flexible with scheudleing . The person who came was very nice and wonderful I felt comfortable with her being in my home she was fast but with amazing and clean outcome I have pets so timing to get all the rooms done I was worried about but the girl that came was wonderful and understood I have a budget but needed things cleaned she was fast and got the job done!! Highly recommend especially if you have pets and are on a budget!!

I pay $100 each visit. They do an excellent job in cleaning. They are very professional and they always check to make sure things were done to my specification.

I was convince I would never find a cleaning company that provided the service they advertised--CLEANING my house. Finally, I found Maid on the Spot. They are prompt, punctual, and professional. The administrative staff is responsive to my changing schedule. The in-home staff is trustworthy, hard working, polite, and friendly. They're even kind to my pets! The fees are consistent with the other services I have used and downright reasonable for the high quality service I receive. I am 100% pleased with MOTS and highly recommend them to anyone who want a high quality and trustworthy cleaning service for a reasonable cost.

The young girls did a great job. You had to show them what you wanted done and they accomplished it. They missed a couple of things, but I will just let them know when they come back and they can correct. i have quite a few windows in my game room and they didn't wipe the top of the windows done and they didn't do the blinds in living and dining room. But overall the girls did a great job! My husband was happy and was the one that noticed the windows :)

Oddly the cleaning was fine, however, I no longer want to deal with the company. I have enough aggervation in my life. When you are told their people will be there at a certain time, and they show up almost 3 hrs later......this is poor business management!

We hired Maid On The Spot to clean my mom's house. My mom was delighted with the quality of the service on their initial clean. We intend to have them back on a regular basis. The most appealing part of their service was their flexibility. We had a limited budget and they were willing to do a flat rate, per hour, 'clean what can be done in the time range' style service. Another positive aspect to their service was that we were able to reach them on the phone when we tried calling. Sounds like something that should be expected of any business, but when I was gathering price estimates, I was surprised by the number of house cleaning services that a) never answered the phone, and b) never called me back when I left a message.

They are very responsive and professional. I continue to use these folks as they are flexible and bonded. As someone who has had items stolen from my house from less expensive services, the cost is higher but safety is important.
