We've worked with a variety of contractors and he was A+ in every category: high quality work, highly reasonable pricing, works hard and uses time efficiently, incredibly thoughtful, and many more. He truly puts his clients first, always thinking up ways to make a project better, more budget friendly, on or ahead of schedule, etc. He takes a sincere pride in his work and embodies a high level of character. Karl was a refreshing change from other contractors we've worked with; where others may cut corners or jack up prices or sluff around on the job, Karl is nose to the grind stone to provide the highest quality work. We can't stop telling our friends about him and can't wait to hire him for our painting, carpentry, roofing, other flooring jobs, and other various jobs that he is amply qualified for and comes enthusiastically recommended.
Description of Work: Karl installed tile floor in 2 bathrooms. One bathroom was 35 sq. ft. and the other was 55 sq ft. He also fixed my door free of charge, which had been tough to budge open and closed.
