Description of Work: I wasn't sure of the problem with my skylight. They were friendly and responsive and called to assess the problem. It turned out I didn't require their services but they were very honest and didn't make a house call or charge me. Awesome service.

+ -1 morePhil Jones was wonderful to deal with; despite the relatively small job that I needed to get done, he traveled all the way to NJ to give me a precise and clear quote. His crew executed the work swiftly, precisely and neatly. No money was requested upfront. Phil Jones stated that he stands behind his work and wants the client to pay only when all is done and the client is happy. Needless to say, I sent out payment the minute the job was finished as I would not be more thrilled and relieved to finally find great professionals who stand behind their work and their clients. There were no hidden costs or surprises; Phil stood by his original quote and completely met and even surpassed my expectations. These are rare quality professionals with high standards that I would recommend wholeheartedly without any reserve.
Description of Work: Broken light panel replacement; recondition of top surface of skylight unit by eliminating horizontal purlin pressure bars and installing a structural caulk joint.
