Pricing was competitive. Sales rep was very understanding and answered all of my many questions in a timely manner. I never felt pressured. He went above and beyond to find me the exact siding I wanted, which wasn't their normal brand. Customer service was great. Crew was very nice and professional. My house looks amazing!

Overview: I interviewed/received quotes from seven different siding companies to completely re-vamp the exterior of my 1940's home. In the end I decided to go with Nu-Look. I had the pleasure of dealing with Denny. I swear he's the friendliest sales consultant/contractor I ever meet, very patient, detailed orientated, and his communication skills are impeccable. He thoroughly went through everything with me and kept me informed every step of the way. He was always available to answer any questions that came up no matter the time of day and I felt comfortable contacting him at anytime. He definitely understands the customer needs and provides great support. Work Completed: Complete removal of old siding, Install of new vinyl siding, windows, shutters, soffit, fascia, and gutters. Clean up: All debris was removed & the dumpster was picked up the day after completion. Price: Extremely reasonable Quality of work performed: The installation crew was excellent and very professional and completed the job in 5 days. They were extremely hard working and they provided exceptional results. My home looks great and I've received tons complements. The excellent level of service I received is immeasurable. I got what I paid for and then some. My home looks completely different and I love it. I couldn't be more satisfied with the Nu-Look of my home.

I had my roof, siding and gutters replaced. Very good customer service and I was very happy through the entire project. Workers at every stage were friendly and professional. All cleanup was awesome! I've had roof work done at previous houses, but this was by far the best cleanup. This is very important to me as I don't want to step on a nail or have my neighbors or me get a flat tire due to poor cleanup. I love the new look of my house!

Nu-Look installed installed a new roof, removed and replaced existing siding and insulation board underneath, installed a new garage door and gutters/downspouts. They were absolutely the best contractor I've ever dealt with, true to their word and very communicative. Each of the crews went out of their way to assure our satisfaction with the job and asked questions as it progressed, offering suggestions where needed. Denny explained the process, assisted us with choosing the product to best suit our needs, wrote the estimate and contract. He also acted as the job foreman and was on site at least once daily making sure the job was progressing and meeting our expectations. He was very professional and in constant communication with me via mobile phone and text to apprise me of the schedule and job status. I felt the we were truly partners on the job and not just the customer. Garry, the owner, personally called to thank my wife and I for entrusting the work to his company and offered his personal cell phone number to contact him directly if there were any questions. Their quality was so good I referred a co-worker to Nu-Look for a roof estimate. Nu-Look got the job and the co-worker was extremely satisfied with the result. Cannot say enough about Nu-Look! Very high recommend them!

Denny and the guys did a fantastic job from beginning to end. He was there for us to answer all of our questions and helped us pick the right products for our home. The workers were courteous and respectful of our home. Nu-look was the best price and did the best job! I would highly recommend them.

Denny was very knowledgeable and professional. He was available for any questions via email or phone calls with quick results. They were able to start the job 3 weeks earlier due to change in their schedule, The job took 2-1/2 days and the workers were very professional, respectful and quick. We have received so many compliments on our "new" home. Do not get them confused with Nu-Look Home Design as they do not have good rating. I highly recommend Nu-Look Distributors/Home Improvement for your needs.

From the very first contact Denny made with us it was easy and stress free. Denny listened to us, made good recommendations and was very, very, patient while we worked thru color selection. Denny was honest and accurate in his estimates and there was no pressure to buy. The crew assigned to do the work lead by Marion was outstanding, they were accommodating and wanted to make sure it was done right. Denny stopped by at least twice a day to check on the crew, quality of the workmanship and check-in with us. Nu-Look did an outstanding job from start to finish, our house looks amazing, Nu-Look is my contractor of choice in the future.

I worked directly with Denny from start to finish on siding my house, and replacing some windows. His communication throughout the project was honest and accurate! He was on site at the right times and dealt with things. The job was finished a head of schedule. I'm very happy with the work, how clean the property was left and working with Denny.

I was very happy with the entire process - from the initial consultation to the completion of the job. What initially impressed me was when Denny came to the house to evaluate the project. At no time did he try to deliver a high-pressure sale! He gave me a fair price for the job - which was installing vinyl siding over existing siding on the sides and back, as well as replacing the old vinyl on the front. He was patient while I made my final decision (and while I picked colors). He even gave me a few addresses I could drive by to see their work. The crew who came everyday to do the work was very professional and it was obvious that they were experts!! Denny checked in during the installation to make sure everything was going well. I'm awaiting the final inspection from the township tomorrow. Because I had such a great experience, I am considering replacing my roof and garage door and will be giving them a call in the future! NuLook - you've made a customer for life :) Great job and highly recommended!!

Comment: We cannot say enough about Garry and his crew at Nu Look. We hired them to install siding over our stucco and the quality of their work was phenomenal. We truly have a Nu Look. Our crew was so pleasant and professional, not to mention extremely hard-working...10 hour days. Communication was great, cleanup each evening was great, It was our biggest home improvement project to date and it could not have been more enjoyable. It was fun to watch the progress made each day.
