1. By end of the working day, they ignored the weather condition, did not follow the procedure to securely protect or wrap the exposed siding when it is not finished. I had to remind them. 2. they forgot to put down sprouts when they claimed job done and I had to call them back 3. right after they replaced gutter guards, we started to have leaking issues along the gutter. The first time I called they simply told me it is not their problem. When I see multiple leaking spots around the house, I called them again. They spent half an hour on the phone trying to convince me it is a roof issue that they are not responsible for. When they suggested me to talk to the owner, he simply said NO when I asked can I talk? Very rude. They claimed the drooping(or drip edge or something) which is under the gutter guard deteriorates. If they are professionals, should not they know deteriorations or missing parts will cause a leak? Should not they tell me BEFORE they put gutter guards above it? And how would I know they did not break the parts when they were working. They told me it is a simple job to fix it but refuse to send anyone to do it. They claim they do not have any roofer. I checked their website and they do have roof service. Liar spotted? 4. I hired a roofer on my own. My roofer told me they left many nail holes on my roof. They put mails on my roof to secure their scaffolds when they did the siding job. They never sealed the nail holes when they are done. Expect to have many troubles if you hire NuLook! NuLook means New Trouble!

The first time I talked to Dennis I was impressed with NU-Looks honesty and professionalism. After weeding though multiple contractors, this was a breath of fresh air. The construction workers were quick and thorough. After they left, the only sign that they were there was the great job that they left behind.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish with NuLook. We contracted them to replace one side of house with new stucco and to repair the other three sides of the house. Denny came out and gave us multiple options for the work we needed to do. The project was started and completed on time, on budget, and with almost zero impact on our daily life. Andrew, who actually did the stucco work, does amazing work and obviously cared about the quality of his work and if we were happy with our finished house. Our 100 year old house looks like new.

Used the New Jersey Office in Bellmawr. Sales and workers and job performed were excellent. Installed windows and siding. Job was more extensive due to rotten wood underneath the original asbestos siding which they replaced. They also removed a door, studded it in and covered it with the siding. Entire job was completed in 4 days.

Quality of work was great. A year later our siding still looks great and we are still extremely happy with the work done.

Replaced all existing siding, new vents, new gutters, new shutters and window capping. Work was all done in a timely manner and actually completed a little ahead of schedule! Gary stayed in touch through the whole project and made sure it was done just the way we wanted it. We just had our house resided and windows installed in our porch by NuLook Distributers. We could not be happier with whole process. Denny, the sales representative, was nothing short of phenomenal. He explained every part of the job from materials to be used to how long it would take. He even suggested some things that we had not thought to do. Denny showed-up almost every day to see if we were satisfied with the work and when he was unable to come in person he would always call to see if we had any questions. Actually we could (and did) call him at anytime with a question. He was always courteous, professional and responsive to our needs. Greg and his siding crew were outstanding. They arrived early, stayed late and did an absolutely professional job. They were very courteous and cleaned up after every day of work. In fact, everyone who worked on every facet of the job, from the moment we first met Denny to the gutter installation crew to even the guy who picked up the dumpster were very courteous, answered every question and did their best to provide an outstanding job. We wish all contractors were this professional and friendly. We absolutely recommend NuLook to anyone seeking exterior improvements to their home.

Nu-look did an amazing job with our new roof and vinyl siding. From start to finish Denny and his crew kept us in the loop, answered all our questions, and were constantly checking in to make sure everything was just right. Roofing was done in one day and vinyl siding took 5 days. They were very efficient and cleaned up everything when done each day. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs work done. The sales person who arrived was polite and very informative about the product, went into detail about the services the workers would be doing while walking around the house. Explanation of products and styles to choose from was explained and left sample book behind to choose from if I wanted them to do the house. NOT like other company who I can't named, arrived with 2 ppl (1 big and trying to look intimidating) , does not want to do a walk around the house until I watch their presentation video which they said was 45 -60 minutes long, right after that I showed them the door. NuLook workers arrived promptly early, worked fasted and thru out the day, and they would ask me about add ons like lights and outdoor sockets would be placed. The tear down was done in 1 day and insulation and vinyl siding were put up in 2 days along with separate team arriving on last day to do gutters (if you choose gutters, ask for gutter guards for a few dollars more to save yourself future headaches of leaf cleaning). They replaced all rotted wood and pressboard eaves that were on the house, ran the cable lines under so you don't have unsightly hanging lines around the house. When they were done they cleaned up pretty much everything. I can not be any happier about the work done. I have neighbors saying how much nicer the house looks and some were thinking of doing the same thing. Kudo's to NuLook !!!!

Got competitive quotes from 2 other companies, Nu-Look provided the best pricing. I'm always skepical when dealing with a new company but Denny, my sales rep, made the process effortless. The job exceeded all of my expectations all I have gotten nothing but compliments on how my home now looks.

We are very pleased with the work that was done on our home. We had siding and windows done. It looks like a new home. We also asked them to enclose our patio and we now have a fantastic new screened in porch! The communication with all the employees was super.
