I don't think anyone provides the excellent customer service that Garry does; within minutes of any call or email he was on it. The job was large and I was picky and he was patient. Best of all, he was just as responsive months after the job was over and I called for a small repair. He responded immediately and took care of it the next day. I'm really happy I went with NuLook

Did a nice job on some siding repairs and touchups, including good color matching..

From the initial contact from Nu-Look/Denny, to completion of the project, our overall experience was extraordinarily positive. We were interested in roofing and/or siding. Denny's presentation was not a hard sell. Explained their products and provided an on the spot quote. While Nu-Look was not our only estimate, it was hands down our choice. The quality of work by both the roofing and siding crews was superlative. Denny was always available for any questions before, during and after completion of the project. Kudos to Nu-Look for their commitment to customer satisfaction..!!

I always get three estimates for any fairly large size job on the house. Gary was the best price and based on his excellent reviews, we decided to give him the job of siding our house. He did not disappoint. Gary called or stopped by every day to check up on the progress of the work and asked if we had any questions or concerns. He even went to our township and applied for the permit for us. No other vendor I have worked with has done that. We have some doors that need to be replaced and we will be calling Gary in the spring. Highly recommend him.

We love our new windows and did not realize how bad our old windows were, we can actually see out now. Denny and his crew were first class professionals in every aspect. When Denny gaves us the estimate he wasn't pushy at all and kept us appraised of our order status. The two window installers were kind, courteous and respectful and took their shoes off(we have carpeting). I can't write everything I would like due to charachter limits but want to emphasize that we were very happy with all aspects of our window installation. Denny is a what a salesperson should be, no BS, or trying to sell more. We highly recommend NU-LOOK and will use again.

Nu Looks window installers were polite, hard working, and neat. They worked fast and efficiently. Gary on the other hand is very nice as well but at times seemed a bit ruffled. There were items missed in the first estimate and so we had to do an addendum and their prices were somewhat higher than others. However I hired NuLook based on the product and install quality and I can tell you I was very pleased

Never had a salesman who after you were sold a product kept in touch with you. Deny our salesmen was fantastict always returned calls and was very receptive to any change we made. work is finished and house looks beautiful.

Danny from NuLook offered great customer service, very pleasant person to deal with, no hard sells, demonstrated good flexibility. The speed of completion was exemplary. The value was a bit higher than the lowest estimates from other professionals, but we decided to go with the highest rated professional and are happy about the decision. Most probably will use NuLook again.

I liked everything about them. The windows almost go up by them-selves. They were quick to respond from the first contact and followed through to the fninish. Loved them. Only time will tell regarding the quality but it looks excellent to me. And they are fully guaranteed so I feel very confident about them lasting. A good quality product at a fair price. Excellent installer also.
