Innovative Masonry Restoration and Concrete

Description of Work: After having drain pipe repaired in foyer and outside front porch, plumber said I needed a mason as job to big. After paying $7200 for first contact, IMRE told me he needed an additional $4200 as my house was sinking and needed to pump in additional cement under family room and garage. They used scare tactics. Never received credit for the fact that original contract had cement being brought in by wheelbarrow and now on second contract was being pumped in. Second contract was for 4yds of concrete and use of pump. Went to local cement company and they told me that cost would be $600 for cement, delivery and 1000 for use of pump not 4200. When they saw the 2 c contracts and measured work, they said you were overcharged and should notify Consumer Protection for the elderly. We are senior citizens and in our time of need they took advantage of us. Also, when time to lay hardwood floor, flooring company said they have never seen such a sloppy job and we had to have floor leveled before they could lay floor, photos attached below which flooring company took.
