+ -1 moreFRAN IS A GREAT ELECTRICIAN. VERY FRIENDLY, AND ACCOMMODATING. WE HAD TO MAKE SOME CHANGES AND FRAN WORKED WITH US AND OFFERED SUGGESTIONS. VERY REASONABLE IN PRICE FOR PROJECT. GOOD PERSON TO HAVE ON LIST.
