Fire Damage Restoration Ambler PA 2153720641

Ambler Fireplace & Patio during the installation of my Quadra-Fireplace insert the technicians cracked my granite fireplace hearth and didn't want to replace it, it took 2 months to finally agree replace it at there cost. 4 months after purchase I called Ambler Fireplace & Patio for Service I was told that they don't do service in my area, So the appliance that I purchase from Ambler Fireplace & Patio was still under warranty and refused to do service, I need a Quadra-fire dealer to service the insert. Now, since I contacted the Better Business Bureau and the Quadra-fire manufacture Ambler Fireplace and Patio Only want to do a visual inspection from the outside of the fireplace insert. They wanted $500 for 2 minute inspection. Now, since I contacted the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint they are claiming that THE TECHNICANS DON'T FEEL SAFE OR CONFORTABLE IN MY HOME DUE TO PAST HISTORY IN THE CONDITION MY HOME IS IN AND THEY ARE CLAIMING THE MANNER THAT I CHOICE TO CONDUCT MY SELF MY LANGUAGE, YES I DO HAVE AN ACCENT !
