DRAPES OF JOY INC

Description of Work: I asked Joy and Lorraine to drape 3 major rooms; family room, Living room, dining room and requested a very tight deadline before upcoming holidays. It took them 3 visits plus a few short, helpful emails, plus 2 hrs of installation. They listened VERY well, advised honestly and VERY well, made customizations to meet my own design variations, brought plenty of fabric options, measured efficiently, checked measurements on follow up call to ensure accuracy, installed all 3 rooms in 2 hours. They met my deadline (by 2 days). The final finished rooms look really really great! All 3, which I think is a miracle since I had a part in this.

Description of Work: Joy provided window treatments for every window in my newly purchased house. Her selection of materials is excellent and she was very helpful in selecting the right material and design for each window. She has a wide selection of materials, shades, blinds, etc. Her installer is also excellent. Joy is very patient and was helpful in making alternate suggestions when the original selection was too expensive. Don't be put off by the amount we spent. We got a lot for that price including bedspreads and pillows in addition to window treatments. I would definitely use Joy again.
