We hired Michael and Lorenzo after our original contractor backed out right before the project was about to start. We were amazed how quickly they agreed to begin the project. It was meant to be. We had our master bathroom and hall bathroom completely remodeled and are thrilled with the final project. Michael was incredibly responsive to any and all questions. We hired B&B Associates to remodel our bathroom and it was the best decision we could have made. Lorenzo and Michael were meticulous with details from the tile to the paint to the trim. It was truly unbelievable. Michael spent time with us at the store and walked us through each item we needed for the bathroom, gave his recommendations and let us decide for ourselves without any pressure. It was informational and, despite my expectations, enjoyable. Once the project got started, it was smooth sailing. Michael was in communication with me on a daily basis giving me updates on what they accomplished that day, what was on the schedule for the next day and what their timeline to completion looked like. I threw a few curveballs to the team with some extra requests after the project started and B&B Associates could not have been any more open to making changes to meet our needs. I recommend B&B Associates for any bathroom remodel and I can say with absolute certainty that any future bathroom work or remodel we need in any of our other bathrooms will be exclusively by B&B Associates.

I hired B&B Associates to do a full remodel of our first floor full bath and also a full remodel of our Jack and Jill upstairs bathroom. As everyone knows it costs a good deal of money so you want to be sure to get the best value and quality you can. This is a family owned business and you can tell they care greatly about their quality and reputation. Michael who is responsible for pricing was very patient in letting me secure another quote of two before ultimately deciding to go with his company. He kept in touch and was willing to work with our time frames. His father Lorenzo was more hands on through out the process making sure everything was being done to our satisfaction. The crew Nick and John were also meticulous with tiling and remodeling of each bathroom. Things were completed in a timely fashion and great lengths taken to keep our home nice during construction. Our both bathrooms look like showroom pieces straight out of a design book. In summary, if you want to hire a professional company to remodel your bathrooms I highly recommend using B&B because they truly care about their work and quality as well as your satisfaction. I owned three homes in the past and have had various work done over the years, but none compare to how well B&B handled these bathroom remodels from start to finish.

While B & B are a little more expensive than the other contractors I thought of using, I couldn't be happier. Their dedication and workmanship is above par. They were able to demo and install two full bathrooms in 1 month and that was with running into the usual issues that you would find in an older home. Even though Michael is very busy running more than one crew at a time, he always makes you feel that you are important. After having them at my house every day, at least 8 hours a day for 4 weeks, they have become like family and I will truly miss them.

Very accommodating with our work schedule, Michael, Lorenzo and team worked very hard on our main bathroom remodeling offerd design help and everything came together beautifuly.

Wow! Do we ever love our new master bath and the B&B crew. Lorenzo, Michael and their skilled workmen (Alex, a master tile installer, Aaron, Andrew, the electrician and plumbers) completely demolished our 33 year old bathroom and rebuilt a beauty. All provided great design assistance and recommendations, were highly organized, very neat, pleasant and sociable, worked long hours, and discussed every step of the project before proceeding. Michael even joined me one Saturday afternoon to shop for tiles, etc., providing essential information and recommendations, alleviating the indecision and stress which my husband and I would have had with handling all that ourselves. The B&B crew were the first contractors we've had in our home that we didn't want to throw out after 3 days. Lorenzo and Michael promised to provide us with a beautiful new bath in three weeks, and they did exactly that. Highly recommend.

We just finished a major master bathroom remodeling project with B&B. From the first time they came out for the estimate until the finished the job today, they were complete professionals. B&B did a complete remodel of our bathroom. The design was amazing. The bathroom is beautiful. Their was an adjustment needed on the barn door after completion, they came back the day after I advised them of the issue and fixed it. Very responsive.

I was very satisfied with the work he did. He was very professional, courteous, and clean. The shower he built was absolutely beautiful. He does excellent tile work, and the price was fair. He completed the work on time and showed up on time every day.
