I had B&B remodel a powder room and master bath in mid-December through mid-January. Tyler and Josh did a beautiful job! They not only created stunning bathrooms, they protected my home and left it in impeccable condition when they were finished. They were a joy to work with and I'm thrilled with the final product. I also appreciated the attention Michael provided at the beginning of my interactions with B&B, his responsiveness and taking the time to shop with me. Thanks to everyone at B&B who were involved in my remodels!

I am happy to give a 5-star review for B&B Associates. Family owned, they run their business like a well-oiled machine, with efficiency and superb attention to detail. It is apparent that B&B has a high level of expertise for bathroom renovation. I met with Michael from B&B within 24 hours of listing my project on Home Advisor. Michaelâ s knowledge of bath reno was quite impressive. I was given a very fair quote that day. The costs were clearly stated and divided into categories: Standard material, labor and variable material (based on homeowner selections). My final cost was the original quoted amount with no unexpected additions. Michael helped me with tile selections. He has a great design eye. I enjoyed being able to shop anywhere. Every text, call, or email question I had was answered thoroughly and promptly for the entire project duration. Every crew member was courteous and professional. A dedicated team, Marco and Rich, worked uninterrupted until the project was completed. They were very friendly, did amazing work and finished the bathroom in just a few weeks. Michaelâ s father Lorenzo also worked on the reno and came by often to check on the project. Another great team, Chris and Pierce, laid hardwood and built a closet in the master bedroom. It was so nice to have everything completed at the same time. I chose B&B because of all the five-star reviews on Home Advisor. I was so impressed with the way B&B handled my whole project. They went above and beyond to make me happy. Working with B&B was such a pleasant experience and the bathroom truly is beautiful!

We were ready to remodel 2 of our bathrooms and were doing our research to find the best contractors and B and B Associates came up every time. Five star rating from every customer and rave reviews. My husband called on a Sunday morning and left a message and Michael, the owner got back to us within an hour! He was very professional and he said he could come by on Monday morning ( the next day!) We were completely impressed that we got a phone call back on a Sunday AND an appointment for an estimate the very next day! Ironically, our neighbors across the street were remodeling their bathrooms and we decided to go ask them who they used. They said B and B Associates!! We looked at each other and told them that we just left them a message! What are the odds of that happening??! They invited us to come take a look at their bathrooms and OMG! They were GORGEOUS! We were so impressed, we could not wait to have our appointment! Michael showed up and gave us our estimate and actually fit us in to have our 2 bathrooms done BEFORE Christmas! Now that is service! Michael took me shopping to pick out everything for our new bathrooms, a couple of weeks before the crews were to start. When the crews arrived we met everyone and we were totally at ease, knowing that they would do a stellar job. Lorenzo, is Michaels dad and also owner and he was here everyday making sure the projects were going well and also working with the crews! We had Rick and Nick remodeling one bathroom and Chris and Pierce on the other. The nicest and most professional guys you can ask for! ALWAYS professional, courteous and on time! They covered our stairs and hallway with tarps to keep everything clean and neat. I can honestly say that we never had to worry about ANYTHING! Everything moved smoothly and quickly. We could not have asked for better people to come work in our house! I can not say enough wonderful things about all the guys! Lorenzo and his company are top shelf! I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to do a complete kitchen or bathroom remodel! Not only were the projects done early, Lorenzo came by on Christmas Eve morning to make sure the bathrooms were done perfectly and up to his high standards! B&B associates was very transparent in every step of the process. From the ease of a free estimate to a break down of the cost, I knew exactly what I was paying for. The owner himself shopped with me to find exactly what I wanted and offered his design expertise to not only update our bathroom, but create a masterpiece. I love that this is a family owned company and the owner was in touch with me every step of the way. Every one of the workers was polite and clean while working in our house and, unlike most contractors I have worked with, the job was completed promptly instead of lingering for weeks. They showed me previous projects of theirs and they were all stunning. B&B has done hundreds of beautiful bathrooms, including mine, and I highly recommend them for anyone who wants quality, friendly, reliable work.

Michael and his contractors strive for perfection!This is a family owned business. Michael, his dad, and brother, and workers all had their "hands" in assuring I was provided with excellant customer service and completely satisfied every step of the way. Michael accompanied me at Lowe's to pick colors and styles for my bathroom renovations, and offered his opinions and support with my choices. All the workers were professional and courteous. I love the outcome. GREAT work!!!

We put off remodeling our dated bathroom because we were worried about the costs, time, etc. I can tell you Michael at B&B took away all of the anxiety because he really worked with us. He will guide you through the process from start to finish, but at the same time allow you to make the choices that work for you and your family, to really give you a customized bathroom. I watch HGTV and I say all the time my new bathroom is nicer than any bathroom I see on any remodel show. Our timeline was a lot faster than I expected, and the budget was spot on. Our team could not have been nicer. Since the job is over, we have texted general questions and we get help right away. You have to get up for work everyday, and the first stop is usually the bathroom to get ready I can tell you it is so much nicer getting ready in a beautiful, efficient space.

Simply the best contractor I have ever worked with in 25+ years of home ownership. Working with them was a pleasure from day 1 when Michael came out to our house to look at the project and discuss it with us. He spent almost 2 hours discussing our goals, presenting options, and telling us how they worked with their customers. At the end of that meeting he gave us a project price - not an estimate, a set price. And that price never changed. Communication is outstanding - calls, emails, or texts are answered immediately whether it is weekdays, evenings, or weekends. B&B worked with us to both meet all of our goals AND to manage costs whenever possible. They do not resell fixtures, cabinetry, materials, etc. - rather, they develop a list of exactly what you will need, show you where it can be purchased at the best price, and help you make those purchases and have it delivered when needed. There is no "markup" and they do not profit from upcharges or as a reseller. If you want high-end custom features, they will help you achieve your goals. If you want to manage your budget (as we did), they will show you how to purchase high quality "off the shelf" standard-sized materials and fixtures to get the absolute most for your money. Our project was a large one - more than a remodel, it involved total demolition of a large existing master bathroom and rebuilding it as 2 separate en suite full baths, Given that, there some unknowns at the start - we wouldn't know all the details for certain until the old fixtures and walls were removed. B&B dealt with it smoothly and professionally, helping us make the right decisions and meet our goals. Project started on the exact day we asked for it to start and finished ahead of schedule. The project crew, led by Tyler and Josh, were here every day and were meticulous in taking care of our home, laying down clean drop cloths every day, covering our furniture with plastic, etc. Job site was cleaned up and organized every night, and before the crew left they summarized what has been done that day and what the upcoming schedule looked like. It is obvious when working with them that job quality and customer satisfaction are their absolute top concern - they will not take short cuts to finish a job quickly. Their skill and experience shows at every turn - you can tell that they have done hundreds of bathrooms and know EXACTLY what they are doing at every step. At the end, the finished product exceeded our expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend B*B Associates.

We are so very pleased with the renovation/upgrades to our master bath! Michael, Lorenzo, and Andrew were thoroughly professional, obviously skilled, and informative at every step of this project. These guys are the BEST!!!!!!! From start to finish they were organized, professional and clean. Michael, the co-owner, came out to give me a free quote the day after I contacted him. It was detailed and reasonable. I had other quotes and have had lots of other construction projects going on in my home, but none compare to B&B Associates. They don't sub out the job, but rather have a team that came in each day. Tyler and Andre were our teams and they were true craftsmen. Detailed and dedicated to doing the job right. They were very very respectful of our home and our young children (My kids will miss them actually). The whole project took 2 weeks. Which was exactly what Michael promised and it was under budget! I did not need help with picking out materials, but Michael was available to go shopping with me if I needed. I didn't need help with that, but he was only a quick text away when I had questions about amounts to order. So simple!! Having a family in construction myself and several other projects in our home, we have seen some nightmares. These guys are none of that. Highly recommend!

B&B Associates did an amazing job on our bathroom! Michael, the Sales Person was helpful with the design and materials. He made this remodel effortless. We had a two man team, Andrew & Tyler who were phenomenal, hardworking contractors. The workmanship was far beyond my expectations. Absolutely beautiful!!!!!

We had B&B Associates remodel 2 bathrooms and a powder room. Lorenzo and Michael were great to work with from the beginning of the project to the end. They were extremely helpful with design ideas as well as helping us select the colors and products that worked specially for us and our tastes. Andre and the entire B&B team are very friendly people who were very easy to have in our house. Most importantly, they did great work, in the time they said it would take and for the price they estimated. I would highly recommend them to others.

Great customer service and workmanship. They kept me informed, and were on schedule for completion of the project. They were polite and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. I have some difficult neighbors, and they were polite and considerate of their concerns at all times, even if they were unreasonable. I liked them so much I get a quote from them to remodel my kitchen.

Having B&B associates remodel your bathroom will be one of the best decisions you have made. You do not want just anyone remodeling your bathroom- trust me you will regret it. What makes B&B stand out is that they provide intimate quality service to clients. I wanted to write this review to ensure future clients of B&B that they will not feel screwed by having them design your bathroom. I went through 8 different contractors before I decided on B&B and the number one reason I selected them is because of their reviews, photos of their work, and the confidence I had that they knew what they were doing. Many contractors want to charge you way too much and provide cheap quality service/don't even have any real experience. This is not the B&B way. The owner Michael is accessible- he responds immediately to phone calls, text messages, and emails. This is incredibly important as you are picking out your bathroom. He even went to several stores with me to help me with selecting materials for the bathroom. In addition, their contractors worked 7-8 hour shifts and were incredibly focused and diligent. You can tell they were not playing games- they were determined to get it done. There were one or two unexpected issues in my home but they did not nickle and dime me- their price is their price. Overall, I really appreciate owners Michael & Lorenzo and contractors Nick & Rick. My bathroom came out terrific and they worked really hard on it- love it. They did a great job with my bathroom and I really appreciate them. B&B aims to please and they really pleased me. I can assure you they will please you.

One of the exceptional things that Michael & Lorenzo offer their clients is to help the client pick out the materials for the job. They helped us pick out the tile, vanity, shower panels, and barn door. Michael recommended the color pattern that worked the best for our master bathroom and Lorenzo did an excellent job sizing and installing the trim. I would highly recommend them.

Great customer service. As my first time remodeling, it was a pleasure to work with such a knowledgeable team that talked me thru my choices and the process every step of the way. They did terrific work and were very neat and clean thru the process.

These guys were absolutely amazing. Michael and his father Lorenzo are the owners of B&B Associates and helped up every step of the way. We have been wanting to totally remodel our master bathroom for several months but we were concerned that we did not know exactly how we wanted it to look. We felt that we did not know how to design it. Our master bathroom is about 175 square feet. It has two sinks, a dressing area, shower, bathtub, and toilet. We went on Home Advisor and received three different contractors for estimates. When B&B (Michael and Lorenzo) came out to give us an estimate they had several ideas for our bathroom. We decided to use them and the estimate they gave us was accurate. As they promised they met us at stores to help us pick out tile, shower doors, vanities, faucets, bathtub, towel racks and everything else we needed for the bathroom. They made up a schedule which worked for us and they kept to the schedule. They have a crew of workers some of which are family members. They insist on quality and did not take shortcuts. They put up plastic to protect the rest of our home. Everyday Michael or Lorenzo who were in charge came to our home to either work or to monitor what was going on. If we had a question they answered it right away. If we felt insecure about a color or type of tile they both would discuss it with us and explain how it will all come together when they were done but offered to change anything we did not like. As it turned out they were right and it all worked beautifully. We could text or Email them and we would get a response in less than an hour. They answered all of our questions. When problems came up they had solutions and fixed the problems. The bathroom is beautiful. We are very happy with the quality of their work. The price was exactly the proposal price. I would very strongly recommend them to anyone. When they were done they totally cleaned everything up. We have worked with several contractors over the years and these guys are the absolute best

Michael and Lorenzo led their 2 awesome teams (Andre/Tyler and Alex/Marco) transformed our bathrooms into a picture from a luxury magazine! We had 3 bathrooms (2 full and master bath) and a bedroom remodeling job which took 30 days to complete. Our family got to know them well and welcomed them into our home. B&B stood out over the competition with their superior design, attention to details, and craftsmanship which can only be passed down from generations. Prices is very competitive however what you get is more compared to other companies with what you expect in a modern bathroom. We truly are pleased with every aspect of our new home and could not be more grateful for the work of the professionals at B&B Associates.
