B&B Associates went above and beyond to give us our dream kitchen. They are professional, organized and very hard working. We could not be happier!

Michael was the only one who answered my call out of all of the other businesses I called, and he set up our consultation appt right away. He gave us an estimate at the consultation, and he consistently followed up every week until the job started. He also shopped with us for the materials and helped us edit down all of the choices out there while coming in under budget, and his team was so meticulous and polite and kept the space spotless at the end of everyday. They completed our bathroom in just 14 days and it is beautiful! I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Overall we were extremely pleased with B and B. Michael was very responsive, and provided an on the spot estimate to begin the project. He worked through our ideas, and provided some of his own, to help us craft the design of our dreams. All of the crew we encountered were courteous, clean, and outstanding craftsmen, with strong attention to detail. Everyone was so easy to work with, and were flexible with changes to the original plan. Project manager Rik was great to work with. He went well above and beyond in keeping the project on track, as we experienced a few hiccups with deliveries that were outside of B and B's control. All in all, I wholly recommend B and B, and would work with them again on future projects.

B and B Associates is run by a father and son, and you can tell they both truly care about their customers. I also dealt with the project manager, Rick, who was extremely personable and thorough throughout the entire project. For me, it is the outstanding customer service that sets these guys apart. On top of that, I loved that the on-site quote (provided by Michael at our first meeting) was extremely detailed so I knew exactly where my money was going. I got a couple of other quotes before hiring B and B, but this company stood out from the rest as reliable, knowledgeable, and professional. I also loved how clean they kept my house!! Even as they brought all of the materials up to the second-floor bathroom, Andrew and Nick made sure to always clean up and keep us in the loop as the project progressed. Rick was also in touch with us to answer any questions or concerns we had along the way. Every single person that I came in contact with was pleasant and professional. The cherry on top is that my new bathroom is absolutely GORGEOUS. B and B gave me exactly what I wanted and for that, I am very thankful. We are already looking into remodeling our kitchen with them!

Michael and his team were phenomenal through and through! Michaels initial presentation and digital portfolio were so impressive that I hired him on the spot to do our kitchen remodel. Michael himself even took my husband and me shopping to pick out countertops, lights, cabinets, etc. The guys doing the work were clean, kind, and incredibly good at their craft. We hired B and B for our bathroom remodeling project based on excellent reviews both on their web site and from HomeAdvisor, and Michaels excellent, convincing presentation which promised old-world craftsmanship (Italian training), attention to detail, and proven expertise. The project proved unnecessary costly and time-consuming, and the finished product was disappointing. We would rate B and B 3.7 out of 5 stars and would not recommend them to others for a similar project. We can provide details if needed.

B&B Associates is truly committed to its customers. Communication throughout the project was excellent. The owner provides a detailed estimate and wonderful design advice. The two crew members who did the remodeling work were skilled craftsmen who paid great attention to every detail and were a pleasure to work with. The result is a master bathroom that is well designed and absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend B&B!

Overall, they do a fine job. They offer the flexibility to choose your own materials; vanity, tub, tiles, etc. The contract delineates between standard and variable materials. Mike guided and helped us shop the right materials. His design expertise/ guidance throughout the process made the difference.

The caliber and quality of the workmanship and customer service is impeccable. This is a first class outfit from beginning to end and I would highly recommend them for kitchen and bathroom remodeling. I just had my master bath totally renovated and have hired them to complete the other bathroom in my home. At the consultation, Michael gives a complete itemized estimate (which I have NOT seen any other contractor do) and brings a portfolio of work to illustrate finished products from other customers. He makes it exceptionally easy from the beginning all the way through the project. The company is well organized, executes flawlessly and their customer service is beyond reproach. Highly recommend! We used B&B for our master bath and kitchen remodel. Both were gut jobs. From the initial estimate to the final walk through, they were professional, transparent and meticulous in the work. All the staff were easy to talk to, worked with us on our needs and were very skilled. I would 100% use them again!

We worked with B&B to remodel our master bathroom and a hall bathroom. We had met with other home remodelers for quotes and they said our vision wasn't possible. When we first met with Michael he was all about solutions, not pointing out problems. He worked with us to understand our goals and budget. He was conscientious about recommending products that fit our vision and our budget. We were out of town on vacation when work began, but Michael, Lorenzo and their team kept in constant contact with us to approve design decisions as work progressed. They also were quick to adapt when we asked for changes to the design along the way. We had a few hiccups, but Lorenzo and Andrei always had a proposed solution ready to execute. Our bathrooms came out exactly as we envisioned, in line with our budget and are absolutely gorgeous. Every member of the team was kind, personable and trustworthy. We left the guys alone in the house while we were out with no worries. They also were great with our toddler who kept trying to "help" them as they passed through the living room (he actually cried on their last day when the guys packed up to leave). All in all a great experience, great work, and would work with them again!

I would highly recommend B&B Assoc. They transformed my old master bath into a stunning, spa-like bathroom. Michael was our first contact and he was very detail-oriented in the way he explained the project, broke down costs and time-lines. He provided excellent consulting services when shopping for material. The team of Rich & Marco that showed up punctually everyday was a pleasure to work with, as was Lorenzo, who supervised the project. Their work was top-notch and they actually finished a little ahead of schedule! I would hire them again.

We cannot recommend B&B Associates Creations Bathroom Remodeling enough! He recently completed a remodel of our 3 bathrooms and we are very happy with the outcome. Michael is responsive, detail oriented and a true craftsman. He communicates regularly about project timelines and any potential impacts on the project budget. Finally, his dedication and commitment to creating something that not only looks amazing, but is equally functional was invaluable in the execution phase of the project when small design changes invariably come up. We loved his work so much that we are looking forward to do the kitchen project with him. I highly recommend B&B Associates .

He worked every step of the way from purchasing the right vanity, etc., guiding us every possible way until the entire 3 bathrooms were completed. B&B transformed my old outdated bathroom into a masterpiece! We had always wanted our bathroom redone. It was pink and green with carpeting over green tiles. I spent hours reading reviews of contractors in the area and looking at pictures of their work. I knew that I wanted to use B&B based on their glowing reviews. I was shocked when they called right back to set up an appointment. The whole process was so easy. Michael one of the owners came out and gave us an estimate. We booked him on the spot. Then we spent a fun day with Michael picking out tiles, hardware , faucets etc. He gave us recommendations, advice, all while trying to save us money. The Delta Team was an awesome team to work with. John and Michael are expert craftsman and very professional. Due to the pandemic, the work had to be halted. Michael kept in contact with us the whole time. They were extremely flexible due to no fault of their own. We are so happy with our new bathroom! Would use them again in a heartbeat!

From the initial phone call from Michael, one of the owners, through the completion of our bathroom, we were extremely satisfied with the work, the way they cared for our property and the cleanup. Michael helped us when it came time to pick out the shower supplies and I was very grateful!! All of their crew were considerate from start to finish, and very polite. We developed a small leak which was not their problem or associated with their work, and Lorenzo, one of the owners, and Michaelâ s father, came and spent a few hours finding the problem and fixing it for us AFTER working all day on another project. These guys are the best! Fair upfront pricing. Courteous and responsive. They stayed with our job the entire time and barely took breaks. The team of Chris and Pierce were very focused and answered all of our questions. Best of all, our bathroom is beautiful!! I was prepared to be underwhelmed. After all, we were just replacing a bathroom with a bathroom, right? Turns out we replaced it with a piece of art!! It is bright, cheery, and the workmanship is perfect!! While not cheap--you pay for quality after all-- they were still thousands less that what others in the neighborhood spent on the same renovations. I recommend B & B without hesitation. They are the best and I have zero complaints. When does that ever happen with a contractor!!
