Gas company told me I had a leak in my hose tot he oven pilot. They were late, didn't have gas tester, had to come back next day. when he left he turned off all the gas in the house. Then they sent someone else out to turn the rest of the gas back on but the guy said he didn't know how to do it. Started smelling gas again, gos co came out and did it. Took long time to get part to fix issue. Quoted high price but needed it so went ahead. Guy was supposed to come out but kept canceling. No call no show. I wasnt refund. We've been without a gas stove for two weeks now and I'm done dealing witht his company.

Problem was diagnosed and repair completed in a timely manner. It was a wise choice to replace the fuse as half the cost of the full control board replacement. Refrigerator working properly ever since.
Description of Work: Refrigerator stopped working. Full power loss. Tech arrived and after checking a few things he determined it was a fuse on the control board. High option given to replace the whole board for over $400 or other economical potion to replace just the fuse for $235. We picked the fuse replacement.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! i arranged for a repairman to provide an estimate for a dryer repair. The office arranged a morning visit at my request (before 12 Noon) the week before. The day of the repair visit, the technician called and told me he would be there between 11 and 3. I told him I had arranged with the scheduler that it must be before noon. He said that was "impossible".I called the office and Kelly (the woman I orgiinally spoke with) asked me to hold and when she came back on the line said she got in contact with the technician and that he would be at my house between 9 and 12. So I stayed at home (I work full time) and at 12 noon the technician still had not arrived. I called the office again and Kelly said she would try and contact the technician to see what was going on and she would call me back in 10 minutes. She never did call back so I called the office again and asked to speak to the manager and gave my number. The manager said he was "stuck in traffic" which didn't account for the fact that he did not call me to say he would not be able to make it and for that matter either did the office. The office manager offered to have him come sometime that afternoon but I had to go to work. She asked me if I would reschedule. I said not without compensation for my time lost. She said that wasn't possible. I then asked to speak with the owner and she told me he didn't return calls and that handling problems was her job. I told her that this was totally unacceptable to me. She said she was trying to be helpful, yet it was obvious she didn't have the authority to waive the $70 service fee despite my inconvenience. I had done business with this company in the past so you would figure they would want to keep a customer but that oibviously is not important to them. I will take my business elsewhere and recommend that all Angies list subscribers in this area do the same.

HE CAME BACK SEVERAL TIMES TO CHECK THINGS, AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. HE WAS WILLING TO COME OUT AGAIN, IF THE PROBLEM PERSISTED. THE FIFTY DOLLAR FEE WAS A ONE TIME CHARGE, UNTIL HE COULD DETERMINE WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS WITH MY DISHWASHER.
Description of Work: WHEN MY WASHER WOULD NOT WASH ON "HOT", HE CLEANED THE LINE WHERE IT HAD CORRODED, WHILE IN STORAGE. HE ALSO INSPECTED MY DISHWASHER, WHEN IT WAS NOT WORKING RIGHT.
