The experience was fine. The gentleman was very thorough and professional.

He missed a lot of outlets that did not work but he did refund some of the money because of it. I appreciated the refund. However, it was frustrating because I had to hire someone to do the work.

He is excellent. He is extremely thorough and spent hours with the inspection. He showed and explained everything. He is also reasonable with cost. We did have a glitch with the plumber once, who was late finishing a project. Peter came back at no additional charge. Several months later I had a report that would not scan properly on my computer. I called Peter and he responded promptly. He was able to resend the files to me. Peter is amazing and I have nothing but good things to say about him.

I discovered All State Home Inspections through NAHI for the purpose of inspecting a house I was interested in purchasing ( which I now live in). I called PETER MUEHLBRONNER (left a message) and within a few hours he had called me back to discuss his services, availability, and pricing (very competitive by the way). Everything was to my liking so I scheduled the inspection to include General, Termite, & Radon, for the following Monday (3 days later). Monday came along and PETER MUEHLBRONNER was at the property well before I was ( I am always prompt and on time). As soon as I arrived he had all his equipment set up and ready for me to shadow him along the inspection. The extremely thorough inspection took approximately 2 hours total and I can honestly say he looked over every single inch of that house (about 1500 SQ. FT.) What I appreciated the most was that he took the time to explain what he was assessing as we went along. If I had questions or concerns he would answer them professionally and in a manner that a non-technical person could understand. Once the inspections were complete he verbally summarized his findings and re-iterated his major concerns. He followed up with a timeline of when I should receive the final report and provided his personal direct phone should I have any questions. Within 24 hours I had received the final report through email( well before the 3 days he originally told me) and followed up with a call to make sure I had received it and if I had questions. Great service! The report was flawless and the most thorough inspection report I or any one in my immediate family has seen (my family has been in the contruction and real estate business for over 35 years). Bottom line is PETER MUEHLBRONNER of All State Inspections is the TOP GUY you can get for these services. When it came time for concessions during buyer/seller negotiations he saved me more than $7,000. The report was so good that the sellers had no choice but to repair everything that I had requested as well as offer a 12 month warranty-- and this home was a 1961 build in great condition. Please use PETER MUEHLBRONNER as you will not regret. The $600 you spend with him will save you thousands later on and surely give you levergage when negotiating seller concessions.
