+ -1 moreI called Altoona, PA and asked if someone could hang my hallway doors on August 27, 2015. They had someone to come to Bedford, PA the next morning at 8:30 a.m., August 28, 2015. He did a fine job. Very good with his job. I am a happy customer and will call them again for my kitchen countertops. They are there for you when the big contractors are way too busy in the season to get to you for the small jobs. I saw their countertops done in my relatives homes, and they did a great job. The price is right, too. The cost is lower than private contractor bids. I gathered a lot of quotes, and YOUR BUILDING CENTER'S PRICE IS RIGHT.
Description of Work: I had stained three (3) doors, and their contractor came out to hang them for us. They do the small jobs for kitchen, bath, doors, countertops, etc... As soon as you get your quote, they can have someone out to your home within two weeks or sooner. The contractors are skillful, experienced, and use drop cloths for them coming in and out of the home. Since you are dealing with a franchise to send out contractors, they are there for the customer at all times. If something is not right, you do not have a problem consulting them to make the job right. If you have a private contractor, and things are not done right, you run the risk of them not returning. The Your Building Center contractors do not ever leave a job open. It is better to deal with these people rather than some private contractors or subcontracting. These are the locations in the Pennsylvania area: Altoona, Bedford, Bloomsburg, Huntingdon Kitchen and Bath Design Center, DuBois, Everett, Lock Haven, Milton, State College, Philipsburg, Sunbury, and Williamsport.
