Wendell Plumbing and Heating

He made what we expected to be an awful ordeal into a smooth operation. The gas company had found during an inspection throughout the neighborhood that we had an unsafe connection into our home and also at the gas meter into the underground line. The lines were basically old and rusted out. Mr. Wendell answered my call quickly and was prompt in coming to survey the problem and give us an estimate. He was clear in what we should expect from best case scenario to worst. He had a backhoe on the ready which we did come to need to access the underground line. He was polite on the phone as well as on the job. Ron was prompt both in returning calls and being on time. He made the call to 811 and explained the situation very well. All parties involved were prompt in coming to our property to mark the underground lines; sewer, electric, and gas. Those same individuals also spoke well of Mr. Wendell. He did the job well and fairly quick. All in one day. I had asked him originally to inspect the inside of the house to see if he felt anything further was needed. He put a few shut offs along the line throughout the basement. They've already proven to be an asset. Finally, Ron called to follow up with us that everything was good. I'll be calling him for future work on plumbing and believe when we're ready for a new furnace, he'll be our go-to guy.
