Everything has been great. They give you a container for your garbage and they will come and pick it up for you.

I used this company for many years at my personal residences and at two of my rental units until they priced themselves out of the market. When I tried to cancel the service I was passed from one customer service agent to another at least twice until I was able to confirm that the service was cancelled. I needed to do this with all three accounts that I had with them. After cancelling I continued to receive billing on at least two of the accounts that had been cancelled and had a very difficult time getting them to terminate the service. They insisted that I owed them for services they never rendered even after the services had been cancelled. They ultimately turned me over to a collection agency and although they had supposedly given me a credit and agreed that I owed nothing, I still received harassing phone calls from the collection agency. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I don't know if their billing and customer service departments are just inept or if there is something illegal going on, but don't use them.y
