The guys that I have dealt with were kind of rude. What they were doing was preventative. I didn't have a problem before and I haven't had any problem since. The pricing was high.

Overall with Terminix, I slowly but surely realized that I was not getting my money's worth. Paying the premium, the price is manageable with ~$135/3mo. period. However, going through ants, spiders, stink bugs, earwigs, tobacco beetles, and more, most of the actual exterminating was done by myself with store bought insecticides. Terminix will come whenever you ask them to, however they don't put forth the effort to rid your home/property of the pests. Each time, we got a simple spraying of the perimeters and caulking of a window occasionally (to prevent ants from coming through). There was no effort to eradicate the source, etc. We even had the one person just tell us to "wait for them to go away." Honest opinion? Drop terminix and find another exterminator that will deliver results, or go to lowes/home depot and get ready for battle.

They have been great. They come out once a year. We have used them since 1986. They call to ask when they can do the inspection. They put some things down in the ground to make sure nothing is coming from the house next door. They are very thorough and efficient. Their price is better than some of the competitors.

They are excellent. They always come on time. They are very nice. If we have any other problems they will come back and fix it. We have used them for years. The price is fair.

It's been fine. If there is any damage from termites after they treated it they will cover the cost. We've been using them for 5 years. The maintenance price is expensive. I waited for them to come this year but they got dates messed up.

We’ve used them for around six years and they do a good job. Scheduling is easy and they come right away if you give them a call. I like that we’ve had the same technician since we started the service. He’s personable, shows up on time, and does a great job.

I have a protection program for my home. I was exceptionally pleased with their services at first, but ever since September 2011, when we had excessive rain, I haven’t been impressed with them. I had termite damage and it took them two months before they even sent someone to my home. I also don’t like that they come unannounced, without an appointment, and leave a card in my door stating that they did an exterior inspection.

They’re prompt, proactive and are there if we have any issues. They are very reliable and professional.

. I paid them twice for them there services and I still have bed bugs. They said their guarantee is only for ninety days after they told me if we still had a problem they would keep at it till they got rid of them. But they never did get rid of them. They consider their services finished and I have never been without bedbugs.

Initially I was satisfied but the serviceman began to schedule, then reschedule then schedule again. I wanted to be home when the service was provided so a lot of my time was wasted waiting for the serviceman. The service was not cheap. My plan cost about $69/month. I terminated the service when the serviceman never showed up but online records which the customer can review indicated that he had. Once I realized false reports were being made about inspections and product application, I terminated the service.

We had signed a contract with them to help us out with the beetle issue which was fairly expensive. They never ended up fixing the problem, which was very dissapointing. I would not recommend them to any one and will never use their service again.

If you see some bugs after they come out, they will come back and fix that. I give them an A across the board.

It went very well. There were no problems. They came out and put the chemical in the ground. It took them maybe about an hour to do it. I'm very pleased with them.

I thought that their representatives were friendly. They were easy to deal with. I never quiet want to pay as much as it cost. I would use them again in the future.

Their price is reasonable. I give them all a's.

The initial contract in 1996 was $3000 because we are required to have a termite bond on our house. The price keeps going up every month which never ceases to amaze me.
