They were detailed oriented, through and very helpful. Delays happened with vendors but they kept us informed and added extra outlets and a fan in our bedroom too. The bathroom is beautiful and exactly what we had wanted. We ended up spending more than we had originally planned but that seems to be today's market. Both Paul's told us exactly what the add ons would cost and did an amazing job for us
