+ -1 moreThe job was estimated as a two-day job for a cost of over $1,400.00. Randy removed the old fuse boxes plus an old electric oven receptacle, as well as installing the new breaker electrical panel. It was completed in one day and the cost came in under the estimated price. He also provided a back-up power supply for the refrigerator, and was thoughtful to begin the work early enough that the home remained cool, even though the central air was without power.
Description of Work: I needed an old fuse panel replaced with new breakers at my mother's house. There were at least two other fuse boxes located in the cellar of her home that needed consolidated back to the main panel.

Description of Work: The electrician replaced a bedroom ceiling fan and reinstalled glass globes on light fixtures in our finished attic. (He explained why we had such trouble getting them back up: damaged studs coming from the ceiling.) He also pointed out an overlooked fire hazard pertaining to water leaking into our breaker box through exposed wires attached to the electrical meter outdoors. He inspected the damage thoroughly, took some measurements and promised to call in a few days for an estimate on the work. I'm grateful he found the problem before we had another electrical fire on our hands!

+ -1 moreContacted 6/30/14 to have services done. Was told he would be in touch within 2 weeks to come to house and give estimate. I called twice when I never heard from him and did not receive a return call. My friend had the same thing happen to her. Rude to not call and change appt time or just call back!

Description of Work: We used Randy on several occassions, He did some wiring in our basement and upstairs , Install electric heating to our spare room, installed outside electrical outlet, and replaced our kitchen lighting fixture. i would not hesitate to use him again , His work was excellent . We are planning some future work for him when our finances allow.
