thus far knowledge and customer service has been outstanding! will update when I receive service for having the spa winterized
Description of Work: Robin from Newberry Pools/Spas is very knowledgeable! Even though I purchased my spa from an online dealer she has gone out of her way to help balance my water and supply the chemicals I need. I am in the process of getting a quote to have my ouytside spa winterized by them. I am expecting competitive pricing and excellent service based on prior dealings ... will update when this occurs. I highly recommend them based on knowledge of products and customer service!
