Description of Work: I have a propane furnace and my propane tank the gauge doesnt work from the company I got it from. Which I have reported several times and it still isnt fixed. Anyways, I thought it was my furnace and Chuck was awesome along with his receptionist. She was very understanding and worked the appt around my schedule and when Chuck came out and found it was an empty tank not my furnace. I asked Chuck how much I owed him and he said nothing. Most companies would have charged at least $50 for coming out and being it was New Year's Eve it would have probably been double. Thank You Chuck!!!
