The overall experience was very satisfactory. They was very respectful and honored the no shoe policy in our house. They were fast and effective with there work and cleaned after themselves. Overall I would recommend them to family and friends and we will definitely have them back in the future.

I paid for a membership, strictly to write a review on this company because of how poor they were, and how many times they constantly tried to lie, and manipulate me into believing their sales tactics. Integrity had contacted me from a random door to door sale's pitch, and had informed me that they were looking to setup a "Display" home on my street. At this point, I wasn't really looking for a Door, and I had made that clear to the initial sales representative, but he had urged me to get a quote, stating that for their "Display" home pricing, that I would get a near free door, that I would only have to pay for the installation, and that I would have to post a sign for up to a year due to the door being almost free. At this point, I decided what the heck. A sales associate then came to my home (approximately 20 minutes late from the scheduled appointment) without any phone call, and had proceeded to discuss information with us about Integrity for the next 2 hours and 15 minutes. At the end, he informed me of the price, which was not a cheap "Display" home pricing, but rather their normal price, with a 20% discount. I informed him that I was told him what I had been informed, and that I wouldn't have wasted my time if I knew it was a mere discount versus what I was told. They truly don't listen to their customers, they are more concerned with getting a sale at a high price, and getting themselves in your door to complete a sale. After all of this, and I had informed them that there was NO need for me to continue contact with them, I was called everyday, for almost a week. Did I ignore all of these calls? No, I answered, and I had told the same person the same story that I was not interested in their service and to quit calling me. They didn't... which is why I am filing this. At first, I listened to the sales person on the phone as he told me that their doors are custom made, and that there just happens to be one matching my exact spec's in their warehouse, and that their owner told them to "get rid of it". I asked for a quote over the phone, and they refused to. Instead, they had to send someone to my house, to have a sit down meeting, and measure my frame to make sure the door fit. I asked if they weren't competent in their employees, as they would have manufactured a door to those specifications if I had first ordered. The simple fact is they don't listen, and continue to try and get someone in your house and sell a product. They don't care about anything but getting doors sold, and they will continue to pester you, even after you have clearly explained what you do and do not want, and that you are done listening to them. They will spam you with calls, and act as though they are giving you a huge discount, when in reality, they just want to sell you a product, with a minimal discount. They ONLY care about getting someone in your house, and they give you false promises at every turn.

Showed up on time, went straight to work. Completed both jobs on same day. Removed old windows and cleaned up all debris.

The salesman who came to our house was new to the company and very nice. Except, the entire sale took four hours. He dragged the sales pitch out. This lasted longer than I expected or could tolerate. We signed a contract without getting another quote from any other vendor. We regret this decision today. It took two months to finally get the company to schedule the job. I was under the impression this job would take all day. Hence the reason it cost over 5,000. But, instead it took less than 4 hours. After the cost of the windows (as I recall during the sales pitch) subtracted from the total, I estimated that I was charge 300 - 500 for labor per hour. The crew who delivered and installed the product were very polite and did a neat job, but they had to find a last minute solution to cover part of the eyebrow window with a decorative molding (this only leads me to suspect the management level did not prep workers for the job). It looks okay, and is not my style and definitely not what I envisioned for my home. I wanted to add grids but the quote was already to high for my budget, so I settled for even less style. The day after my install, I got a call from a sales rep trying to push more windows on me. She stated this is a really good deal for me because; she got a new boss who wants to give me this great savings. I asked them to take me off their call list.

Installers were on time and did a great job w/installation. Attention was paid to detail, work was done efficiently and area was cleaned before they left.

It was all completely installed in about 4.5 to 5 hours. They started with removing the old windows and prepping for the new. Each of 4 windows was installed independently and finished before the next window was begun. The exterior trim was the last work performed.

Ray and his son and his crew were here all day and their work was outstanding. They were very particular with all steps of the job. Even took off shoes when in house. Very friendly. House was spotless when they left.

See above, I was insulted, had to listen to 2.5 hours of how bad all the other companies were and I never got to see the product.

Contractor/installer arrived and was very professional. They asked before backing into our yard, which was A+ in my book! They explained what was going to happen and asked if I had any questions and I said that just had a couple of things that needed taken off the old set of French doors and please keep the sliding screen doors, as those things would be kept. They were friendly and understanding. They began unloading and were professional, courteous, and respecting of our yard and property. They dismantled our old French doors and frame, cleaning up messes along the way - making sure that everything was picked up. They then prepared the old frame with new pieces and parts, even replaced a section of our floor that was no good (AWESOME - since we had no clue!) Anytime I went over to the dining area, I was acknowledged and talked to - friendly chit chat while working made everything flow smoothly. They stayed busy throughout the whole process and described what was happening if I was standing there watching. They made sure any mess that happened to come in the house was cleaned up right away and spotless again (HE EVEN swept a carpet runner we had - SPOTLESS!). Any little details were made sure to be covered and explained. I truly appreciated that! Right at the end, the threat of a thunderstorm was coming in; they worked diligently to finish before it started - and succeeded with no time to spare! He then went over how to lock and unlock the French doors and the keys. He went over all the paperwork and he had me sign that I was satisfied - AND WE are EXTREMELY satisfied! They guys here even acknowledged our kids and included them in our conversations - that was great! We are already noticing a difference between our old and new doors and cannot believe the changes. Our other doors were definitely in need of a change! We are so satisfied and happy we decided to make this purchase and choose Integrity Construction! (I am sure that there are more wonderfully positives about the whole appointment today - but I cannot think of them right now. Just know, we would highly recommend this company - for their professionalism - from the salesman, to the office staff, to the installers - and for their honesty and integrity!)

2 workmen showed up on time, preformed quickly and well to remove and replace 2 large picture windows.

The two personnel arrived on time and performed excellent work installing the windows. They were neat in cleaning up inside and out.

Jeff measured the windows that we want to replace and gave us a good price for the new ones.

They arrived in the morning approximately 8:00 and were done by 12:00. They were very professional, friendly, answered all questions, and kept everything very clean.

The windows are outstanding! Top quality at a reasonable price. The installation went well and they were meticulously clean. Left my house perfect with gorgeous windows!

The gentleman was indeed on time and spend (3) 10 hour days doing a very professional job.

Workers were prompt, skilled, and very knowledgeable about their work. All work was done promptly and no mess whatsoever. We were extremely pleased.

Windows went very smoothly. One day in an done (8windows). Tub size was an issue and had to be reordered. Excellent workmanship and professionalism.
