He truly listened to my concerns and the symptoms I had been experiencing (my 2008 MacBook was acting strange and then seemed to be alright, but I wanted to have it checked out) They were prompt in performing tests and calling when it was ready to pick up. The gentleman gave me an overview of what he thinks was the problem over the phone and explained in more detail in person, patiently and thoroughly answering any questions I still had. It turns out that there was nothing wrong with the hard drive or the computer, and he told me reasons for it. He also cleared out things that were unnecessarily running in the background and such (gave it a tune-up) and did not try to upsell me, which I greatly appreciated. The price is amazing, I got it back the next day, and am happy knowing that my computer has a clean bill of health. I absolutely recommend eLeet and will be a future customer. When you go, know that it's beside Papa John's.
Description of Work: He took out the hard drive and checked it on its own. Since the hard drive was fine, he returned it to the computer and checked it with the computer.

 + -1 moreMy pc wasrunning really slow and not posting right. This had been going on for a few days. Then, I got an FBI Cash Virus!! It completely freezes up ur pc and wants you to send $200 to get it working again! It looked really official to me! I called ELEET and the guy, Lou, told me it was a virus and he cd taake care of it. He removed the Virus and called me to see if i wanted to have him get rid of unnessary items and optimize it. I gave the ok and I am very pleased with how it is working!!!

 + -1 moreExcellent customer service. It was nice to deal with someone who did not manufacture other problems just to raise the repair price. I was very satisfied from start to finish.
Description of Work: The power supply on my desktop PC went bad. I called eleet and they had the part in stock and the price was better than I expected. When I took my PC in to the store, the owner waited on me and was extremely helpful and polite. He replaced the power supply (charged me the quoted price) in just a day. When I went to pick the PC up after the repair, I had mentioned to the owner that I was having some software problems which he repaired at no additional cost. I would definately use this business in the future.
