Terry from Blair Home Renovations installed our kitchen island and countertop to match preexisting cabinetry and the end result is exactly what we asked for. Blair Home Renovations was by-far one of the best contractors we have had work for us. The work was completed timely, accurately and without issue and this is saying a lot since I consider myself quite picky and difficult to please. Terry pays attention to detail and does very meticulous work. He is friendly and a pleasure to do business with. We will definitely have him return for any of our future home projects. It went well. He completely removed all the original ceiling, walls and flooring of the original kitchen that was built in 1958. He removed all the old materials and re-built the kitchen to a completely new design, re-located plumbing and electrical outlets and prepared it for installation of cabinets and countertops. He replaced the existing skylight. He removed an old drafty planter window and redesigned and installed pella Windows . A project like this one exposed many unforeseen things such as old wiring and lack of insulation which he corrected. We had no problems with having them add those changes. The project went well and was completed on time.
