BEATTY'S CARPET CLEANERS

The technicians that came out were helpful and friendly. The carpets looked cleaner but by no means look new. I think if they are working with a certain kind of technology then there isn't really anything they can do better, they are doing the best with the equipment they are using.

They missed lot of spots .. I believe they did it too quickly. Also gas is now 2.15 per gallon and they charges a $3.00 fuel surcharge... Was not satisfied

Showed up on time and cleaned the carpet quickly

Everything was done well, except for their promise that the carpets would look like new, on the phone. Then after the carpets were done, they still had some spots, and the company told me that the stains were set in and would never come out (which contradicted their promise on the phone).

Our home was extremely in need of carpet/upholstery cleaning. We had recently had 2 major renovations done in the home, a bathroom gutted and replaced, and a kitchen ceiling repaired. We also have 7 special needs cats. Mr. Beatty came and did an estimate which we were surprised with. We thought the price was going to be over $1,000.00. On the day before cleaning, I received a phone call from the office telling me how to best set up for them, which was very helpful. I moved breakable objects to safety, moved things that could be moved into the kitchen and left everything else in place. Mr. Beatty and his staff came in on time. All of our animals except one had been transported to the groomers to be cleaned as well. They moved all the furniture and cleaned underneath everything, as well as behind. I scrubbed baseboards and doors one room ahead of them, and by the time they were finished, the carpets could be walked on and were surprisingly dry. My cats returned later in the afternoon and were very comfortable in their environment. The carpets were restored to "pre-renovation" condition and the upholstery looked like it did when we bought it. It was truly an excellent job. I cannot begin to say how pleased I am with this company, it's staff, and their service. They will be my "go-to" for carpet/upholstery cleaning in the future.
