The quote I gave this customer was $180.00 to remove and install a new water heater. She thought that was overpriced because she had received another quote from a friend who said he would do it for $100.00. He was not licensed and did side work. She got a quote from another plumber who wanted $350.00 to install the heater. My prices are very reasonable and Im fully licensed and insured.
