He was there the day after I talked with him and was pleasant and accommodating - I had to go buy the toilet and have it on site which is why I gave a rating of "B" rather than "A". Thank God the gents at Lowe's put it in the vehicle for me! He worked rapidly, but because of his hurry to leave (he was going on vacation) I didn't get to check the toilet till after he left - and it rocked for several weeks. A month out things seem to be working acceptably. A learning experience for me because I have always had someone around to do these things for me before... I would recommend him, just ask questions before the service and while he is there...

3/2019 they installed new toilet and replaced drain pipe in my basement utility sink. He picked up the parts from Home Depot and installed as promised in a efficient and professional manner. On 8/8/2020 I called after having no hot water and not being able to get the pilot to light on my hot water heater. Mr. Georgini was was patient and helpful. He asked me to send a picture of the water heater control and talked me through the process staying on the phone until my problem was resolved. Pilot was just slow to ignite. He was honest and saved me a service call. He did not pretend that it was a bigger problem than it was. Would definitely hire again for next plumbing need.

Joe and his helper came out promptly - I contacted them on Angie's List on a Saturday, and they picked up the new water heater and were at my house by 10am Monday morning. In a few hours they were done - looks good.

Excellent! The toilet had been making a high pitch screeching noise at the end of every flush & the plumber we had used for over 20 years recently retired. We checked Angie’s List and found Joe. He returned my call promptly, gave an estimate for fixing what he thought was likely wrong (master fill valve needed replacement), and let me know that it could be more cost effective to install a new toilet, depending on what might actually need to be fixed. He couldn’t know for sure until he made the service call. Thankfully, he was able to fix the mid-1990’s Rialto, which fits great in our small hall bath. Joe was personable, knowledgeable, clean, and efficient. The toilet now works like a charm and looks like new inside of the tank, since he not only replaced the fill valve but also cleaned the other working parts. I absolutely will hire Joe again!

I told Joe (over the phone) that our toilet was self-flushing. Joe said he was away & could not service the toilet for a week. He suggested I purchase a new KORKY flapper (which I felt comfortable installing) which I got in 1 day from Amazon (cost $4.49). He said that if successful, it would save me the cost of his visit. It did indeed work. Needless to say, I will call on Joe for future plumbing issues.

Joe went BEYOND "above and beyond", walking me through how to repair my bathroom faucet supply line, which was leaking at the angle valve. He didn't even charge me for the time and energy spent on the phone giving me precise instructions. Amazing customer service, very prompt communication. I really can't say enough positives. Joe came highly recommended from a friend, and did an excellent job. He was extremely responsive and professional. It was nice to be able to communicate by phone and text, and send pictures of the issue before he came to the house.

Our water heater started leaking, and we called Joe to get a quote. We described the problem and sent over pictures for him to review, and he put together a quote for us. The process was very easy. We are in an older house, and the price for a new high quality tank, expansion tank to meet code, new fittings, and haul away was very fair. Joe was responsive, courteous, punctual, and efficient. We have already had him come out to do additional work on another leaking pipe. We highly recommend him!

Wonderful!! From taking it out of the box after Lowes dropped it off in my kitchen to changing all the old plumbing, hooking up the new plumbing and electricity, and making sure it worked perfectly. Also gave me a quick rundown on what/how to make it work the way I wanted it to. Totally cleaned up after he was finished. Great job, great service!!

Joe was great at communicating via text. I merely took a picture of the hose bib and he provided a quote within minutes. I contracted him to do the job and he worked with my schedule. He and Bernie did a great job and he even answered my question about an unrelated plumbing issue and fixed that too! Awesome local company to work with.

I received estimates from two other plumbers (up to $6k+, which would have included complete new plumbing, new tiles and new flooring) because the plumbing system in the house is so old. Joe told me the same thing as extreme possibilities, but he also said that he'd try to simply clear the stoppage, first, which he did. It took perhaps 15 minutes, he kept running up and down to my basement to make sure the drain cleaner was going through the lines, and within that period of time, everything totally cleared. Because this is an older home, the first two plumbers were reluctant to use a plain drain cleaner, advising that it would probably not work. I used Joe some years ago (when his company was JAG) to install my new kitchen faucet, and was very happy with his work then, too. Any future plumbing work, I will definitely call him!!

I called Mr. Georgini and we discussed the job, then I texted him some photos of my sink. We made an appointment and he arrived on time. He is a very nice guy and mindful of expenses. He worked quickly and did a great job. He also looked at my bath and gave me some ideas on rennovations for it. I would recommend him to anyone!

Incredibly smooth and easy. Contacted Joe on a Saturday and he answered his phone. He had me text him a couple of pictures of the sink and faucet and got back to me with a quote within a few hours. We thought the price was within the range of what I expected to pay for two faucet replacements - and, I always appreciate quotes by the job instead of my usual experience with plumbers which is more of their hourly rate and an estimate of how long it usually takes them to complete such a job. We scheduled a time via text. Joe confirmed the night before by text and arrived on time. I was not home for the installation, but my wife was, and everything went smoothly. The faucets installed look great and we are very pleased. We had Joe look at a couple of other things while he was there, and he gave some good feedback and suggestions (he actually snaked our bathroom sink drains because they had been draining slowly - I was concerned it might be improper venting, but it wasn't and they now drain great - there was no additional charge for this). I fully expect we will hire him again for our plumbing needs.

We contacted Joe after receiving an initial estimate from Horizon. He was very responsive and provided an estimate by email even though we contacted him on a weekend. Joe was able to replace our water heater for $900 less than what Horizon quoted...plus he was there within 2 days and had the job completed in 3 hours. We highly recommend him.
