My mom got him for me. He was very good. He was very professional, clean and tidy, and fixed the problem well. He seemed to know what he was talking about and he came on time. Overall he did a great job. We left it open for 2 months to see if it leaks again but it has not yet still.

I called this morning with the leaking toilet issue and Joseph arrived within 3 hrs. He went right to work, figured out my problem, and repaired it with extra parts he brought along. Friendly, upbeat, and professional! Yes, we'll use him again!!!

On a Sunday night, I noticed that in my 1st floor powderroom my baseboard caulking had "suddenly" detached from the 3 drywall walls ...I thought UH OH because my water heater is in a closet under my stairs behind the powder room AND i had noticed a faint water smell (but had attibuted it to something else) Unfortunately when going into the closet i noticed water on the floor, soaked boxes and a pretty fast leak/drip from the water heater. Though the floor in the closet was sealed the water had soaked up into the drywall. Gross. A nice neighbor helped me turn off the water shutoff and fuse to the heate.. I first called a prior plumber i had used...but got voicemail. I then went onto angie's list to check for professionals near my location (last issue I had, the prior plumber took 24 hours to get back to me, and i wanted to line someone up ASAP to stop worrying especially cause i had to go to work the next day...) Around midnight I decided to phone Mr. Georgini's business due to all the excellent reviews AND he had a coupon running for water heater work! Boy was I surprised and pleased he picked up his phone at that hour! I explained my situation and he offered to come out, but I felt AM was fine. I was so happy i didn't have to wait for a call back in the AM and knew he would be out, first thing. My place is hard to find and Mr. Georgini kept me updated when he was leaving, and as he was looking for it. He assessed the situation, and my tank was of course a custom size. He told me he would call me as soon as he could call around for my custom size tank...and gave me a heads up it might be hard to find. He also queried me if I was happy with the size of the tank, and we also discussed new technology you hear about (tankless) which was not for me. Mr Georgini found 2 tanks in OAKS, and as part of his service he would go get one and worked with me on times to come back, that would fit in with my work schedule. He was personable and efficient. He covered my hardwood floors with drop clothes to protect the wood. He also installed a tray under the tank that would catch future water and explained how to do a monthly release of the water for 60 seconds to ensure sediment does not accumulate. He also calmed my fears about preventing mold on the drywall and we agreed there was no need to treat the drywall because although i felt it was a lot of water, in his opinion it didn't seem too bad, and would dry out. On a side note I also had a leaking kitchen sink/garbage disposal that was not urgent.... and he was able to fit that extra job in with the more urgent job, instead of needing to come back another day (which i would have been fine with, but easier all at once.) My only con with my entire experience was I personally was rushing around, and didn't think through the job and didn't have him come in my back entrance vs. front entrance with steps ....b/c the water heater was heavy and i noticed the next day the weight of it chunked out a small piece of cement on my front door step. I don't sweat the small stuff..... but i realized I should have had it go thru the back entrance with no steps. So make sure you think through your project, like i didn't do :) I will definitely use Mr. Georgini for future jobs and am impressed with the high level of responsiveness and customer service.

Had a plumbing emergency. Just bought house (1963 aged home) and the toliet ended up having the tank parts go out so started constantly running. There was no shut-off valve for cold water except main for house. Had called a couple of plumbers and Joe was the only one who answered my call and was quick to respond. Was at my house within 30 mins, replaced the cold water line to toliet house and added shut off valve. Joe was extremely personable and quick to get the job done.

I phoned Joe in the evening and he answered his phone. We scheuled a time for him to to the work (a day or two later). He called when he was about 30 minutes away. Did the repair. Great guy! Would use him again.

The work went well. Joe completed the work in a timely basis and called the next day to follow up on his work. Both my husband and I were very pleased.
