Mr. Georgini was excellent overall. He answered the phone when I called and was able to speak with me immediately about the problem. I had a stall shower faucet where the handle broke and the cartridge behind the handle seemed stuck. He had me take a photo of the faucet and text it to him. Following that he called me the next morning and gave me reasonable options (repair if possible, several replacement options) and was able to schedule a repair quickly and to my convenience. Mr. Georgini arrived promptly. He looked at the job and determined that a repair was not the best option and I agreed. He had to cut out an access area in the room behind the shower and after the work installed a spring-loaded access panel on that wall. He removed the old valve to which the fixture connected and soldered a new brass valve fitting in place. In summary: Mr. Georgini was up-to-date in his communication (using mobile phone, text and email to make his service more valuable to me), he was responsive, prompt, very pleasant to work with, competent and fast. His charge was completely reasonable. I will work with him again.

Responsive and knowledgeable plumber. He succeeded in replacing two leaky outside faucets. When replacing a water pipe he assumed that he would replacing copper with pvc, which he felt was better. I disagreed, and he was happy to comply by using copper. One of the outside faucet handles was too shallow to grasp easily. After some discussion and explanation, he agreed to return (at no additional cost) to extend the faucet handle and set it in concrete.

Joe was very helpful. Responded right away and was very helpful with providing an accurate estimate based on photos of the water heater replacement. The pricing was quite a bit more expensive than two other quotes I received but he seemed to have the most careful response to my inquiry. I wasn't disappointed.

I called Joseph Georgini on Friday May 29, and he asked specific questions about the location of the pipe, when the break occurred, the condition of the wall and if it was concrete or drywall and what the outside wall was. With that information he was able to give me an estimate depending on any other circumstances he may find. We made an appointment for Monday June 1, at 11:30. He sent me a confirmation e-mail immediately. Called on Sunday to confirm again. He arrived on Monday at 11:30. Told me what needed to be done. Went about doing it without delay, finished in a couple hours. Made a few suggestions about how to avoid this problem next time, which I really appreciated. I was impressed that he had all the tools and parts he needed to complete the job. The final cost was exactly what he estimated. He was good natured and seemed to enjoy his work. I would certainly use him again and definitely recommend him to my friends This was my first experience using Angies list and I was very pleased with the outcome. .

Mr. Georgini called within an hour of my submitting a request for reference on SnapFix. I sent him pictures of my old water heater on my smart phone and he was able to give me an estimate from those pictures. We scheduled the work two days from that day. He arrived on time and finished the work within a couple of hours even though getting the old water heater out past the heating unit caused extra work. He explained the work before he began and after he finished. He also installed a new garbage disposal the same day. The price reflects the price of the new water heater and his labor to install it and the disposal. I think the price was somewhat high, but, having the work done quickly and with no headache was, perhaps, worth the price.

we found some water leakage from water heater and sent query to Joe at around 10pm from Angie's list. Joe responsed within one hour!!!!! He is very flexible to accommodate with our time and when he is onsite, he identified it's not water heater issue at all but mis-installation of HVAC. We're very impressed by Joe's quick response and professional skills, definitely will contact him again if we have water heater issue.

Joe estimated that he could come the day after we talked; instead, he arrived that very day a couple hours after we first talked. In addition, he charged less than he originally estimated. I will definitely call him again when I need a plumber.

I spoke to Joe around 8:00 am and he stated he could probably repair my leaking toilet in the afternoon. However, he called me by 10:30am and was able to repair it sooner. He was professional, prompt, and courteous. I will definitely be giving him my future business and will refer to friends. I am very happy with his work.

George was easy to work with. I had him rip out two toilets and install two new ones. Everything went well.

Joe performed the project perfectly. Was courteous, even asked for pics of issues to help save time at service appt. easy to access via texts. Joe came day after we talked at a convenient hour for two little kids at home who have prompt nap schedules.

Joe came the day after I called, had me send a picture of the problem first so he'd have all equipment and parts on hand (a great idea). The work, which looked pretty daunting to me, he was able to finish in under an hour without creating a mess or somehow discovering new problems that would have to be fixed asap. He even called us later that day to make sure that everything was working OK. We're perfectly satisfied and will use him again should the occasion arise.

We had a clogged toilet day before Thanksgiving. Joe came promptly when he said he would and was very professional and clean. He snaked one toilet, checked and snaked the other. Also gave us plenty of advice on the underlying problem (old toilets with low pressure) and made suggestions on eventual longer-term fixes. Very nice, very knowledgeable. In fact, we liked him so much that we tried to schedule him to come today (12/26) for a clogged kitchen drain but he was on a job and off for vacation tomorrow. So, we unfortunately had to call someone else for this job. Definitely plan to call Joe for all our future plumbing needs.

Joe was a true professional. Called me back within an hour after I had called him the first time with my problem. Called me the night before to confirm our time we had agreed upon and arrived 30 minutes early. Joe was very friendly and highly advised replacing the pipes from the disposal to the wall so I would not have to call him back at a later date to replace them. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone in our building for his service.

The last man was really horrible. He had a faucet. But, you couldn't mix the hot and the cold. So Joe has put in a new furnace, because the man's partner put the wrong pipe in and eventually very quickly it had little leaks. And I came home and it had gone all over the computerized system. Joe's son-in-law fixed that. Joe has been working on the last two bathrooms. He was the one that fixed the third bathroom. He was wonderful. He was the only one that could fix it. I put a level on a new tub that I had gotten and it wasn't level. So I got rid of the man. Then Joe came in and he and his brother Jack made it level. I was really thrilled. I usually call Joe if I have any problems. I also had a small bath in the powder room. I had the bath because my mother couldn't go up and down the stairs and so we turned it into a bedroom, in a room we had over the garage. Joe said that that bathtub system was just old, because it didn't work at all. The faucet didn't work. I usually wash my dog in there. It had a shower and then it had a thing that you could bring down and I could wash my boxer. None of that worked. I went over to a certain Home Depot to pick out a lavatory. I wanted to keep the old part. I wanted the same thing I had before. Joe spoke to the people at Home Depot. The man knew Joe was going to install it. Then the man said, "Now, they'll be out to..." I said, "What do you mean they'll be out? You didn't send anyone before." He said, "Well, this is the way we do it now." But he still didn't tell me, even though he knew I wanted Joe, that he was charging me to have their people come out and install it. Then I went over. The road situation was very bad. So I was late getting over there. It was about 5 o' clock. The woman at the check out told me to go over and wait and she would come over and talk to me about it. But I still didn't realize what they had done. At 5 o'clock, all the workmen are coming in to get their stuff. So it went on and on and on. I got another man in Home Depot. He went over and talked to her and took my things out. So three of them lied to me. And then I called Joe when I got home. Joe called them again and he said that they were charging me to do it. So I called the manager. I have USAA. I have my banking and everything with them. I also have my credit card and so forth. So I called them and told them what had happened and to put a stop on it. But I have to give the woman, the manager credit that she did stop it that night. So that's okay. Anyway, Joe went with me on Saturday to another Home Depot and we got what we wanted.

Joe was excellent...he was responsive, clean, careful and reasonably priced. Everything went like clockwork. He restored my faith in tradesmen.

We have a broken drain under our kitchen sink for a while. My husband just used plumber's tap to temporarily fixed it but we need it to be replaced. Our guest toilet has slow leak. He responded quickly and came on time. He gave a rough estimation through the phone. He replaced most of the drain pipes under kitchen sink, but skipped the part that is connected to garbage disposal since it's not broken yet and it'll take more time to fix (although I'm bit worry about it'll be the next one to fix). I think he did a descent job on this part. This part costs us $300. I'm not sure if this is a fair price or not since this is the first time we hired a plumber in this area. For the leaking toilet, he simply shaved some "tubing" part (part of the flush valve) where water goes into the bowl. This is the issue my husband attempted to fix but failed -- the faulty design of the old flush valve. He also put in a new flapper. Unfortunately, the toilet started leaking again right after he left (literally 10-15 min later). He did say to call him if the problem remains, so I assumed that it's a guarantee and he'll come back to fix it for free (I did see others' review said the same thing, so I assumed, before I called him in, that the jobs will be guaranteed). However, it's not the case. For the failed job, he charged us $124, but we will need to spend another $250 (minute the material, i.e. flapper that he has already installed) to get him to come back to replace the flush valve. My husband was not too thrilled about this so we did not call back. So I decided to try to fix it myself this weekend. I went to homedepot to get a fluidmaster toilet repair kit (which costs $20), took the tank down, and replaced components inside the tank by following the instruction came with the repair kit step by step. My husband was on business trip, so myself (I'm a tiny 5'2'' tall, 98 lb female), with the help from our 6-year old boy (mostly being a company of his mom), fixed the leaking toilet, and saved ourselves $230 (this saving estimate is based on what he quoted on the phone. He may charge us more depending on the situation, who knows, since he did charge us a lot more ($300) to replace the drain pipe compared to his quote of $200). It did take me about 1.5 hours since I've never done it and never had any clue about how toilet works until now. For those out there who are afraid of fixing things, please think twice about hiring some pro to fix some simple jobs like leaking toilet. It may be a lot easier than you think and will save you tons of $$$.

We have used this provider years ago for a small repair and were satisfied with his service, so when we needed another repair we called Joe. This time his prices were highly inflated and the worst part was he wanted me to order my own parts and then "call him when I have them and he'll install them". What? Order my own parts? Um...that's why I'm calling you. When I call a company to repair something at my home I expect them, once hired, to show up with parts in hand and make the repair - especially when I'm paying inflated prices.

Despite the fact that no work was done, he was very pleasant and seemed thankful for my call. Would definitely consider calling him again, if the need arises. I had already contacted a few different plumbers over the previous weeks, and had no luck getting return calls. It was really refreshing to receive an almost immediate response from Joe.

No leaks! Joe was prompt, professional, clean, and quick!! Additionally, he fixed an improperly installed (not by him) back-flush drain that the water softener service people had installed that was overflowing/leaking, and he did it...no charge!. I emailed Joe after leaving work and came in to a response with his cell phone number to call him with more information. We came up with multiple dates/times that would work and agreed to text the morning of those days to compare schedules. He arrived within the timeframe that he communicated and got right to work to identify the clog. After removing the old garbage disposal and clearing the drain, I asked him to install a new garbage disposal that I already had. Because it was just the disposal without the accessories, I ran to Home Depot to get the rest of the parts. We used FaceTime in the store to ensure I bought the right pieces, while he was still at my house cleaning up. After I arrived home, he finished the installation, tested the appliances, cleaned up and was done. It took about 2 hours in total. I think $320 was reasonable for the work, but had nothing to compare it to. Was worth it considering I had tried to fix it myself many times without luck. I will definitely use him again for another job.

I called with a plumbing issue and he was nice to offer a suggestion first before actually coming out. It worked and he saved me money. I would definitely use it again.

Joe was very professional. He came on time. Installed the toilets very efficiently. Reasons for a high rating: * The only plumber that returned my call the same day. * He suggested cost saving tips. * He said that instead of paying him for taking away the toilets to the dump, that I can use the existing trash collection in the neighborhood and save money. * He inspected his installation thoroughly. One of the hoses that he used created a small (possibly negligible) leak. He spent time trying to fix it. And in the end, he replaced the hose with a different one. * I offered one of my brand new toilet seats to him (wrong color for us), because it was already open. He said that since I did not use it, I can still return it. He was also very nice in letting me know that I bought good quality stuff. I know that the real test for service ratings comes when a problem shows up at a later time. However, at this time, there is no reason for me to believe that he wouldn't be just as professional. Strongly recommend him.
