Mario was friendly and professional. We had an emergency and called several plumbers. Unfortunately we weren’t able to use them as one of the other plumbers called us back first. But Mario called back within about 5-10 minutes of our call into him. We will definitely consider using him in future.

The process from start to finish was very professional. The owner responded to my initial call within 20 minutes and within days had diagnosed the issue and worked with the home warranty company to approve and order the replacement tank and required additional items. The installation was timely and very well done! Drop clothes were laid down and the area was left clean upon completion. All questions were answered and the new hot water tank was explained thoroughly (care/maintenance/features). The owner and assistant were very polite and "down to earth" with their explanation of the problems and the resulting fix. Will be recommending the company to our home owners association for future work in the neighborhood! Great job! Expense: The only cost involved was the home warranty deductible and some additional items that needed "refreshed" like the expansion tank and some of the piping to fit the new tank arrangement. Quite reasonable for the level of skill and attention to detail provided.

My home warranty service assigned Tedeschi Plumbing. Even before a plumber came over, Mario was very helpful over the phone, giving me suggestions to check out on my own before scheduling an appointment. When the plumber (I don't remember his name) did arrive, he was friendly and patient and fixed the issue in 10 minutes.

I was referred to Tedeschi Plumbing through my home warranty. I called and spoke to Mario and he explained I would need to send a picture of the valve needing replaced in order for them not to have to make two trips. I took a picture of the valve and sent it to him the same day. Three weeks have gone by I have called twice left a message and have had no response. I spoke to Mario today and he hung up on me. Don't waste your time trying to schedule with this plumber.

I used Tedeschi Plumbing in the past as part of a Home Warranty issue at my new residence, and was impressed with the professionalism, cleanliness and responsiveness, so knowing I had some renovations at my old residence, I was happy to call them again. As mentioned above, working on an old house, we uncovered some additional issues and what was initially a $2,000 project escalated into a $5,000 project. I want to make a point of saying that these additional issues were completely obvious and legitimate after seeing them (cracked cast iron stack pipe), so this was NOT an attempt to 'pad the bill.' If anything, Tedeschi Plumbing minimized the costs as much as possible without cutting corners. The work itself was top notch, the team was extremely neat, and because they needed access to behind-the-wall plumbing, made a point of minimizing their access cuts. So, despite being the unfortunate recipient of additional problems being discovered in an old house, I certainly don't blame Tedeschi Plumbing. If anything, they helped me work through the issues, minimized costs as much as possible, and made a potentially painful process as smooth as possible. Of note that I still have some plumbing needs at my new place, and these guys are who I intend to call.

Tedeschi plumbing returned my call promptly. Quoted cost to come on site and approx. price range to do the work. Plumber called me before coming and arrived at the time indicated. He was professional and completed the work in a timely manner answering any questions I had. Actual cost was on the lower end of price range quoted. This company did an excellent job and I would definitely use them again.

Called Mario Tedeschi on 03/29/16 and left a message on his service, within about 20 min he returned my call and setup an appointment for the next day. Mario arrived on time and completed the job in about 1/2 hour. I was very impressed with his work and he also gave me some good advise to call Moen and they would send me a free cartridge, which is a $50 value.

I had a lot of water leak into my basement due to recent heavy rains. Turned out the drain in the floor was clogged, along with the drain in both my large basement sinks. Thankfully, I got an enthusiastic referral to call Tedeschi Plumbing from another contractor that I have been using recently and I'm definitely glad I followed up on that lead. Mario set an appointment to come over the morning after I called him. He was thorough and updated me consistently through the process as he worked to find the problem. He not only got the line cleared, but then gave me some good advice with regard to caring for the original cast iron lines used in my 120 year old home. I will definitely be calling Mario to repair any future plumbing problems.

I had an emergency (burst water pipe due to freezing), so I needed someone who could fix my water pipe immediately. When I called Mario, he was finishing another job and he told me he will be at my house within 30 minutes. He was right on time; he looked at the problem and he explained to me exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost me. He was very professional, respectful and detail -oriented. He did a very good job; and I definitely recommend Mario if you have any plumbing problem.

Mario was professional, thorough, prompt and friendly. Everything about his work was exemplary - we would not hesitate to call on him again if we need plumbing work on our home.

Mario returned the next day (1/30/15) and as he was attempting to remove the faucet, the sink developed a crack. He was fearful that it would eventually leak if just sealed. AHS would not approve it. He went out and got a sink and very successfully installed it along with putting in new supply lines. He worked on this sink like it was in his own home. I was so impressed with his professionalism and how he took his time to get the job done right. I would most definitely use his services again and would recommend him to my family and friends.

He responded quickly and was very helpful in determining why my shower head was dripping in the master bedroom. He replaced a piece in the hot and cold knobs and now I have no drip! Reasonably priced and very friendly to work with.
