Description of Work: Suburban did a complete installation of insulated vinyl siding, soffit, fascia, gutters & downspouts and trim, and installation of four decorative columns. The crew was hard-working, paid a lot of attention to detail and was very easy to work with. The installation took five days to complete. The only problem we had was that the crew did not show up on day #3 and apparently due to some miscommunication, no one called to let us know in advance. To their credit they came back to complete the job on Saturday. Don (the owner) is very professional and seems truly interested in making sure the customer is satisfied. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: replace siding

Description of Work: We had (3) top of the line steel doors installed. They installed (3) storm doors we had purchased at no addtional charge . The installers were great. Each person knew their job and performed it well. The SIDING installers were nothing short than outstanding. They have worked together for 25 years. Each person knew their job and performed it well as Don Pohig said they would. Don Pohig came to the house and discussed the siding options to my wife and I. He took his time to explain the various types of siding and backing. Don took measurements and provided us with a price. Upon the second visit Don took all the time needed to go over the colors and the options we had. We also added shutters to the project and down spouts. His suggestions were very helpful to us. When we compared the estimate with others their was no question that Suburban would get the job. Don even took me around in his car to show me jobs they have done. He visited the work site many times.It is really nice to know that their are folks out there like Don and Debbie that really care about the product they are selling and theri business. I was impressed that Suburban did not require any upfront money . Payment is due upon completion of the job. If anybody wants knowledgeable people, outstanding workmanship and a price that is fair, I suggest you check with Suburban. They did what they said they would do and more. The clean up each day was very good. We had no issues at all.
