Don was very helpful throughout this experience. With Don's input we were able to select which materials/colors we felt best suited our needs and budget. The job did get pushed back a couple of times due to weather, but that's something that no one can control. The job took about 2.5 days and the crew cleaned up all materials. Don answered all questions we had and came back to our house to address a particular concern that I had. With all of the recent rain and snow that we've had, I've sent my husband up to the attic a few times to check for leaks, etc. There are no leaks and everything seems to working just great. We are very happy with our new roof and gutters!

The job was excellent. They came early. I was scheduled in October and they were able to do it in September, which was even better for me. The price was right. I didn't shop around a lot but I was comfortable with the price they gave me. The quality of materials was fantastic. They got right to it and right through it. It didn't take very long. They did a very nice job. The work crew was very personable. It was several thousand dollars.

They were very professional, very well-organized and on time. They gave a detailed explanation of the work they would do. The estimate was free. I have not had the job done yet, and they probably will be who I would go with; I am still deciding. I would definitely consider contacting them again in the future.

Outstanding company and people! Don and Debbie Pohlig are extremely customer focused and incredible to work with. I was having issues with cedar siding that had not been maintained by previous home owners. Don walked through several options to side the house and replace the fascia and soffit. He knows his products extremely well. Debbie provided several local homes to view that had the siding colors I was considering - this was a tremendous help in choosing final colors. Not only are the products great, the crews are outstanding. They are professional and very skilled in their craft, making sure everything is done with excellence and care. Don has separate crews for specific work - I had two crews, one for siding and one for the doors. They were amazing! I would recommend Suburban Home Improvement without any hesitation and would use them again.

I had actually met Don through my mother. She'd had good work done by this comapny. We had several other estimates before we called Don in. We went with him because of price and also what he'd done with my parents' home. He was very professional. He came out and took a look, measured, ordered supplies. He said when the weather broke they'd come out and get the roof done in three days. They actually finished in two. They were on time, orderly, cleaned up well, there was nothing to pick up and nothing left behind. It was a perfect job. I couldn't have asked for a better crew. He came back after the job was done and inspected the job himself before he had us sign off on anything.

They were excellent to work with. The salesman was very helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy. He answered all of our questions and helped us pick out shingles that would look the best on our home. The crew arrived on time the day they started and explained exactly what they would be doing and how long they expected it to take. They were nice and considerate while they were working. They cleaned up very well after the roof was complete. I would highly recommend this company.

It was a pleasure working with the owners of this company, Don and Debbie Pohlig. They are "down to earth" and put you at ease and have been in the business for years, thus quite knowledgeable of their product line. There was no "pushy" salesmanship, and Don responds immediately to any of your concerns with detail information and on-site evaluation, before having you sign on that "dotted line". We purchased 17 vinyl casement windows, along with a doggie door. Don took our preliminary measurements, with a follow-up of the actual installers coming in and finalizing measurements. It was nice to be able to meet your installers ahead of the initial installment date. Don's installers were fantastic: punctual, very organized as to each man's job, mannerly, started to work immediately and worked straight through the day, excellent workmanship and very clean with the work area as well as inside and outside the house, and very knowledgeable of their product. One thing we would like to point out, all our windows have wood trim around them on the inside, painted white, and these installers never left a dirt mark or any damage whatsoever to this trim! They were very professional. Their language was great with my family. They were wonderful with my family and even dog. We felt very comfortable with them here. They were very respectful to my property.

Don came over to our home and explained in detail about siding. He not only explained which products he had, but also educated myself and my husband on what siding was made of and how it protected our home from the elements. We discussed prices and the quality of the products that his company uses. All and all, it was the most professional estimate for a home improvement project we have ever had. We decided to go with Suburban Home Improvement and scheduled a start date. We had to finance the work and they handled all of the paperwork, making that process effortless as well. The workers came first thing in the morning on the date we had agreed upon and every day when they left they swept and tidied up. Very clean crew. They were professional and worked together, no foul language, worked a full day and Don (the owner) came to oversee their work often. They completed the job and left the yard looking neater than when they started the work. Don had come over to check on the work a day or so later and noticed something was not quite right on the one side of the house. He showed me what he had found, appologized for the imperfection and had his crew back shortly after. The most surprising part of that was that we would not have ever noticed that there was an imperfection and he pointed it out and had it re-done. This company is professional, honest and fair and I highly recommend them!

It was wonderful. They did a great job. The estimate was good and Don is a really nice guy. The windows are top-of-the line, and they even sent me a statement at the end of the year to help me figure out the energy credit. The installers were very nice and professional and did a great job as well. I was very happy with them and would certainly use them again.

THEY CAME OUT FOR AN ESTIMATE, WE WERE SUPPOSED TO GET A FIBERGLASS DOOR WITH TWO SIDELIGHTS WITH WOOD ON THE INSIDE. I KEPT CALLING AND CALLING AND WASN'T ABLE TO FIND OUT ANYTHING BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T GET BACK WITH US. WE FOUND HE HAD GONE ON VACATION AND LEFT US HANGING. FINALLY, AFTER 6 WEEKS OF WAITING WITHOUT TELLING US, HE TOLD US THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE STYLE OF DOOR WE WANTED IN THE SIZE THAT WE NEEDED. WE COULD HAVE BEEN LOOKING SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT WHOLE. THE GENTLEMAN WAS NICE, BUT I DON'T FEEL THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL IN NOT GETTING BACK WITH US. THEY ADVERTISE AS A MAKER OF CUSTOM BUILT DOORS, BUT THEN TOLD US THEY COULDN'T GET DOORS THAT FIT OUR OPENING FROM THEIR DISTRIBUTOR. I DON'T FEEL THAT IS CUSTOM BUILT IF IT COMES OFF THE SHELF FOR INSTALLATION.

MY REPRESENTATIVE, DON POHLIG, WAS EXCELLENT. HE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS, ARRIVED ON TIME AND MET THE SET INSTALLATION SCHEDULE AS PROMISED. HE FOLLOWED UP ON THE JOB INSTALLATION AND HAD CORRECTIONS MADE QUICKLY. THE INSTALLATION WENT WELL. WORKERS WERE POLITE AND CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS.
