They show up on time, do the job as requested & clean up afterwards if necessary. There are never any hidden charges; the price quoted for any job is the final cost of the job. They brought 3 guys who work quickly and quietly. They are polite and move through the office courteously as business contrives. Windows are clean, no drips on floor, screens are replaced. Only thing, I wish they would have re-opened windows that they closed to clean. But this is not a make or break for us.

RBK communicates through email and asked if we would like our gutters cleaned this fall. After confirming we do they ask our opinion on a date. We confirm when we would be ready for this cleaning (dates - based on how our leaves have fallen off of trees) and then we schedule a date. Excellent communication. Very professional. Excellent service. Would recommend to anyone.

Our original quote request was for repairing loose pavers on the steps in our front yard. Rich suggested that he also quote resanding the driveway which was in bad shape due to a previous contractor's poor workmanship. We agreed to do both projects with RBK. The crew of two re-set the steps in two phases. The driveway naturally took more time since the pavers have to be completely dry before the new sand can be put in. The final result looks like a brand new driveway. The crew explained each step they were going to work on every day they came. They worked consistently on each phase and cleaned up after themselves. We are very happy with the results and would recommend RBK Enterprises to anyone.

I contacted RBK through Angie's List e-mail, they responded to me on the same day. They called the next day and set me up for gutter cleaning, they were able to come out and do the work that same day as well. The staff who did the actual work were respectful, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves very well. I inspected the work a few days later and mistakenly interpreted a filter sponge in one of my gutters as dirt, i thought the gutter had been missed. When I contacted them about it they were very apologetic and rushed someone out to fix the issue. The whole thing was my fault and they were very nice about it. During the entire process the scheduling staff was extremely responsive and professional. The entire experience was very positive. I would recommend them without reservation.

I contacted RBK Enterprises on 8/6 and left a message requesting a quote for window cleaning. My call was returned with hours and I was told that they would be in the area the next day and could put me on the schedule. We have just had extensive masonry work done and our windows were extremely dirty. They did a great job cleaning the windows! Great service, great price!

I contacted Richard about cleaning the gutters to my home I just purchased. He was punctual, thorough, and provided an estimate within days, less than a week, of my first email. The gentlemen who performed the work are very upbeat, kind, and quiet! I did not even know they were on the roof. Our home is a two story colonial with a steep roof. The first time when he sent me a bill it must have blown away because they stuck it on the door. They called and I told them that I never got the bill. He asked if I prefer that I email the bill and I told him that would be great. He has been constantly doing that and it has worked well. I had them do an inside window and a chandelier and they were very nice and carful with what they did. They did a good job.

Great job as usual. Provider cleans all windows, using ladders if necessary. I have them come every 3 months. I've had this service for about 5 years now. They always come when expected and have never missed an appointment. It is nice to know that the windows will be cleaned every 3 months without any prompting from me and without me ever having to give it a second thought. Nice little perk!

I have used this company since 2006 in 2 of my past homes. I have never been dissatisfied with their service. You don't need to be home. When I have been home, the men were very polite. The bill is left at the door. It is so nice to come home to beautifully clean windows.
