RBK window washers are dependable and thorough with their work. I have had other companies do my windows and they did not show but still billed me. They also left with dirt still on my windows. Nothing like that has ever happened with RBK. I am very satisfied with their work and would recommend them without any hesitation.

RBK has done many projects for me over the years, continued maintenance of our home (window & gutter cleaning), they have cleaned a roof for us prior to selling our previous home, and repaired a Concrete pad prior to selling our previous home, and have installed Storm doors on the new home. They have been nothing but courteous, prompt, and reasonable for the services performed.

They've been doing my windows for five years. Always punctual and always a great job. Their employees are friendly & courteous. Highly recommended.

The house looked a lot cleaner after the washing. HOWEVER, they had to come back and clean marks off the driveway where the water had run down and was left there. Would have given a better grade, but in the few months after this work was done, my brand new blacktop sealcoat came off the driveway due to the chemicals in the power.

The professionalism, etc. was excellent. One of the pieces of siding was replaced. The company offered to fix another piece in the front of the house that had a small, but noticeable hole in it that had been filled with caulking. I was told that the siding could be matched and replaced. However, after ripping the piece off the house, it could not be replaced to match. But now it was too late. The workers combined a new piece and an original piece to use as a replacement. It looked bad and was more noticeable than what was there before. He gave me a discount on the other repair, but I would rather have it done right. If it lets me, I will attach a picture that shows how awful it looks.

The remodel took 4 weeks. It was mostly completed by one person, who was diligent. One delay was caused by the tile shop losing the tub surround tile for a few days. But all in all, the work was well done and I am happy with all that was done. All new fixtures, floor tile, tub tile, backsplash tile, new exhaust fan, new light over tub, and painting. I do think too many jobs get scheduled at the same time so that work crews are stretched thin. Also Rich, the owner, is not always the best for communicating scheduling. But he keeps in touch with the project and does offer suggestions.

Window cleaning professional work done. Very reliable and and went the extra mile helping with one gutter being clogged. 2 very friendly guys. Also, great job on inside palladium window above entry door. Would highly recommend them.

This was not an easy job! The men who did the work are real craftsmen: their work is outstanding, excellent. I couldn't be happier with the result. (All it needs now is a little paint.) BTW: I also use RBK for window cleaning and pressure washing on my home- those jobs also are done to perfection. I'm always happy to recommend RBK Enterprises to anyone who needs work done by an honest company with superior staff.

Our invoice had our exact instructions listed. The 2 window cleaners followed those directions. They arrived on time. The price quote (via email) was exact.

They arrived when they said they would and did a fantastic job.

They are overall provide a good service with competitive prices. They have always arrived in the date scheduled. I had 1 issue so far, and they resolved it immediately. What sets them apart is their good communication with customers and reliability. They call or email a couple of times a year with about service, but it is not a pushy sales call, just a friendly no pressure reminder.

We will continue to use them. The price was good. A little high for the gutters, but the windows were reasonable. We like them. They could be a little faster to get back here when you call. The internal staff is not as good as the front staff. Might be the front people.

We live in a wooded area where every creature that flies, crawls or sliders lays eggs, builds nests or just makes a mess on the flashing. RBK Enterprises did a great job in cleaning the flashing. Similarly the siding is clean, no stains or dark areas; and the windows are spotless. We had some yardwork (mulching) scheduled for a particular day, and I asked RBK Enterprises if window cleaning could be done before so not to disturb the fresh mulch. They were very cooperative and came out the day before to clean windows.

I can honestly say, this company's customer service has impressed me from the first phone call. First of all, they returned my phone call the same day! Over the last few years, this has not my expectation when dealing with hired help. I could not believe how friendly and helpful they were from the start. They gave me a very fair price, they let me know when they are coming to my home, and they are extremely flexible when I need to make different arrangements with my window cleaning. I do not know these people personally, but it seems they are very happy working for this company, and it shows with their superb customer service. I can't speak highly enough of their professionalism and courtesy!

I have used RBK for years, they are very reliable, they communicate well, and do a solid job. I have about 30 windows and pay $85.

RBK Enterprises, Inc. was great - responsive and very accommodating. I plan to call them again for our other needs.

Guys did a great job. I did't have to do anything. They took down all the curtains and screens and replaced everything. Windows are sparkling.
