Fantastic! My mower was fixed less than 24 hours after I called On-site Tuneup —- and the work was done right in my own driveway. Very professional service! Extremely quick and convenient!

Kurt gave my three year old lawn mower a much needed tuneup: blade sharpened, oil, filter, old grass buildup removal, spark plug, etc.

Quick response (next day after calling), gentleman was prompt, professional and knew what he was doing. Cost was no more than what a major chain would charge for a service call and parts. Very satisfied and would definitely use again.

I called him and asked to have my lawn mower fixed. He told me to text him the info (which I did) he never called or texted me back! Very unprofessional! He could have told me upfront that he couldn't do it and he definitely should have contacted me back after texting him my info! Don't waste your time with this guy!

Great in and out in lesss then 45 mins Would recoommend him to anyonoe. He comes to your home others services charge to send it out then you have to wait.

Kurt quickly and efficiently replaced the blades, oil filter, air filter, fuel filter and batter. The tractor was inherited and had been a little neglected. It runs much better now.

After getting past a messaging problem that the owner had, he showed up at my house the next day and diagnosed and replaced a broken starter in under an hour. Good and timely service. Professional attitude. Reasonable price (better than Sears). He appears to be a very busy guy. He must've taken 5 or 6 work calls in the hour he was at my house. Cash or check only. PS, I rated him poorly 2 days ago, because he had a phone problem and lost my details. I am still trying to figure out how to delete that

He came very quickly and got it working again. It's an unusual lawn tractor so I was very happy he could fix it. Fixed some other long standing issues with the mower. He was very through! I was out mowing again in no time!

Kurt is by far the greatest riding lawn mower repair specialist he answered my call on Friday came out with his mobile 60 foot trailer on a Sunday because he is that good. I was concerned it might be the transmission because it wouldn't go foward or backward. He looked underneath and he was pretty sure it was the pulley and drive belt . He dropped the deck put it up against he mobile trailer. He had the parts in his truck put the on while answering phone calls. I have never seen this ever before. While he had the deck down he put the new blades I had on. Number one guy does it all by himself but I see why he is so good fast efficient and affordable. Where else can you have a guy come out on a Sunday fix it and be done in 45 minutes! !!! A+++

This is the 2nd year in a row, I've consulted Kurt's expertise. Kurt's the best in the biz. Last year he was able to walk me though and diagnosis my issue over the phone, and was out in the next day with all the necessary parts to repair my mower. This year the belts shredded, and without thinking twice, I knew who to call. I called him last night after dinner he said he had the belts in stock and would call me some time the next day. The next morning Kurt was out at my house at 8am, and the mower runs better than before. Kurt always goes above and beyond what needs to be done, and does the little extras (without nickel and diming you) because he actually cares about his work. Thanks Kurt, you're one of a kind.

He kindly informed me that, while he could replace parts and fix the mower, it would not be worth it. He advised that I could purchase a mower for the cost of the repairs. I am grateful for his frankness.

He gave me some specific suggestions on what to do to attempt to repair it without incurring an unnecessary cost of a service visit since it may be necessary to consider replacement. He was very friendly and I truly appreciate his honesty and helpfulness. I'll definitely contact him again future service and repair.

I've used on site tuneup about for five times most of them for warranty issues that Kurt handles for you. I can't say enough good things about each and every experience. The owner Kurt Hensler is punctual on time friendly and extremely helpful. This is the most convenient way that there is to fix all of your small motor needs. The last time I used it was in October 2014 I called him and he was there the next morning bright and early. My lawn tractor was fixed within 20 minutes. I highly suggest using his services . I know I will over and over again if I have her have the need . And I have suggested him to many other of my acquaintances and friends.

Kurt took snow blower into his vehicle/shop and repaired in about 30 minutes

Kurt showed up in the am as he promised, simply took the snowblower to his trailer and 1/2 hour or 40 mins later it was working like new. He showed me what he had to do and what he had to replace. Very professional and personal. I would highly recommend him to anyone!!

Waited a month from 2 Angies list providers - nothing. Can't be bothered to even say when they would be available.

I called Kurt (ON SITE TUNE-UP) the 1st time on July 16th and left a message about a problem with my lawn mower. After not hearing from him for 3 days I called him again and spoke with him on the phone and he said that I was on his to call back list, but he was just starting his vacation. I waited for 18 more days to hear from him thinking, with all his great reviews from this site, that surely he would be calling me soon. On the 18th day (3 weeks from my 1st call to him) I called him and spoke with him! He asked for my information and I told him that I called him 3 weeks ago about this and he didn't seem to care. I gave him my information again and while he was looking up my house on his GPS I asked him how is vacation was. He said he hadn't been on vacation. I said to him that the last time I called he said he was going on vacation, and he mumbled something about may be taking a day off. When he found my place on his GPS he asked me if he could get his 60 foot truck to my house. I live in Pittsburgh with its narrow streets, bends, and hills, so no he wouldn't be able to get his 60 foot truck to my house. You would think that he would have something smaller than a 60 foot truck to service people in Pittsburgh, but that is not the case.

Kurt helped trouble shoot the issue over the phone telling me what to do an look for and was able to give an estimate based on it. He had to order the parts but fixed over the weekend in minimal time. Very good service and liked his approach of fixing on site. I'm definitely going to refer to my neighbors.

Very pleased with the professionalism and service. Price was reasonable, especially that service was provided at my home and that my lawn tractor was down for the count. Add in tune ups for my snow thrower and self-propelled mower during the same service call, all for $300, and I call it a very good value.

Kurt was able to squeeze me in the weekend I called. I was running errands, so he had me just leave my mower in the driveway, he was already working by the time i got home. I had hit root the previous fall and bent my deck so I was getting and awful, uneven cut. He was able to get it back to perfect by the time he was done. Very happy with the service.

Kurt showed up promptly at my house the day we had agreed on and started working immediately. He worked for about an hour on the various lawn equipment that I needed to have fixed. The push mower was beyond repair. He fixed the weed wacker. He did the yearly maintenance on the riding mower and also replaced belts that were causing issues with the mower.

Very personable. Had all the equipment with him and was in and out in a very short period of time. Indicated he had also sharpened the blade ( owner verified that) and saw him clean the mower with high powered air nozzle. Would definitely recommend him!
