Fantastic work and we have a beautiful new kitchen

I apologize for the delay in writing this review, but better late than never, specially since this was a job so well done! We contracted with New Angle Design (Ruth) and Snyder Remodeling (Mike) to have them transform our kitchen from a dated, 1980s style, non functional space into a beautiful, functional and modern space that we love and cherish! It was a large project that involved a complete remodel of our kitchen and breakfast area. The earliest design concept talks were held with Ruth in late April and the project was completed to our utmost satisfaction by Mike and his team by late July. My wife and I are professionals; we are extremely nitpicky and quite a pain to work with if things aren't done to our complete satisfaction. However we strangely seemed to work really well together and overcame all obstacles to jointly deliver a terrific end product. I wish I could post and quot;beforeand quot; and and quot;afterand quot; pictures to let you all judge the quality of the work!

The kitchen cabinetry and end panels projects were completed to our satisfaction. The library door project was a complete failure. We simply needed two cabinet doors made to match existing cabinet doors in our library. Ruth felt the existing cabinet doors were and quot;pathetic and suggested getting 8 new doors so they all matched. after months of waiting, the doors arrived and did not come close to matching the stain in the room. Rather than deal with the problem, she washed her hands of the entire problem, basically stating that she had wasted enough time and money on this small project. The real problem with Ruth is her attitude. Whenever she was present which was few and far between she was arrogant and dismissive of our ideas and concerns. She did not take responsibility for the things that went wrong but was always quick to point out that she was losing money in the process. She was not responsive to us or our contractor in a timely manner. Not polite, timely in her correspondence or professional.

Great people to work with. Handled every detail, responded to every phone call and question in a very timely manner. Ruth and Lee to a great job, loved working with them. The contractor they used was wonderful! Have no complaints. Very happy with my new bathrooms.
