LMS has been proving landscaping services for me for many years. They are good, not great, but good. The also have a very nice nursery and greenhouse.

Started calling in July to have someone come out to give me a price to re-mulch and complete re-landscape my yard which is very large. Had to call twice to finally schedule someone to come out. Rich came out on 8/18/14 and we walked around my entire house to define the scope of work. I told him I would be on vacation the following week so he had so e time to get me an estimate. I called back on 9/8/14 and left him a voice mail. Called again on 9/15/14 and left another voice mail, no response. I am mailing his business card back to him. Awful. I have no idea how he is still in business.

More than a week went by and nothing from Rich. I called the office on April 9 and was promised a return call. Nothing! Called again in the morning of April 10. Same promise, same nothing! Called in the afternoon of April 10 and was transferred to Rich's voice mail. Left a message asking for an update. Again no response. Send an e-mail in the morning of April 11th asking Rich to at least let me know if he were not interested in the job. Still nothing. I am glad I discovered his dependability before awarding him the job. Keep up the "good" work, Rich, and thank you for wasting my time!

Fall seeding didn't take. Reseeded in spring. Fertilizer and weed control applied at predetermined times as per contract. Currently lawn appears to have more weed than grass. Have spoken with secretary on various occasions, however given various excuses as to why owner and or supervisor never returns calls. My lawn is a disaster.

I was told I'd get an estimate in 24-48 hours. A week goes by and not a word. When I called I was told that the person who does the estimates is out on a family emergency leave, OK. When I finally heard back from them they said they did not service my area. Couldn't they have told me that a week ago when I gave them my address?!?!

THEY WERE ACCOMMODATING, EFFICIENT, AND THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE PRODUCT.

THEY HAVE DONE SUCH A NICE JOB ON OUR LAWN THAT MANY OF OUR NEIGHBORS HAVE SWITCHED FROM THEIR LAWN SERVICE COMPANY TO OURS. THEY ASSESS DAMAGE TO TREES AND SHRUBS AS WELL AS THE LAWN. OUR BILL IS MAILED AND NOT LEFT IN THE DOOR.
