Sales rep was very knowledgable and pleasure to work with. They have wide selection of styles and colors to choose from. And their price was competitive, which was one of deciding factors for us.We decided to go with formica material. Installers arrived on time, did high quality installation job and we are very pleased with the final result. Definitely will use their services again.

We wanted to install a built-in dishwasher in our 1960's kitchen. The house was built without a dishwasher and the kitchen is very small. We needed to have a cabinet removed, customized to accept the dishwasher, and reinstalled in our kitchen. Kitchen Fair agreed to do this for us. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner. The cabinet looks great and we are very pleased to have a built-in dishwasher!

It took longer than I expected to get to the templating process, but that was not because of anyone at Kitchen Fair. The countertop company was great, but a little slow.

From start to finish, this was one of the most pleasant experiences we have had with a home upgrade. Denny came to our home to measure and suggest options for some minor kitchen re-design. He was professional, knowledgeable, and he did NOT try to force us into more expensive, higher end items. He listened and offered professional advice. We received plans via e-mail within several days as promised. We were never pressured, which is a huge positive for me. Several weeks later, we went to the store to make final selections and sign a contract. Every deadline was met, and if there was a delay (the hardware for our kitchen cabinets arrived a few days after installation), we were told about the delay in honest, straightforward language. We have had excellent followup from this business, and we recommend them without reservation. We will use them again for bathroom work.

The individual who helped us was very informative on everything but cabinet quality. We had to do a lot of looking on the internet to get a good feel for the quality of the cabinets that he offered. The quote for his top-of the line cabinets was not great, fair at best. In looking at the quaraentee on the cabinets it was pretty poor (only 5 years on the casing) compared to other cabinets which we found for the same price or less which had a lifetime warrentee on the everything.Installation pricing was fair compared to others but no better

They were very good. The job took a month to finish. I was displeased with the amount of time it took. They were neat. I did have to call them back to come out and fix some problems. They subcontracted the job out. They showed up on time and when they had to take off they did let me know.

There is no better place to get kitchen cabinets or laminate countertops from. The salesman, Denny, was excellent at answering questions and guiding us through the process of designing our new kitchen. We went to 3 other kitchen stores, and Kitchen Fair gave us the best price and by far the best customer service.

Fantastic service; very professional, very responsive, and very pleasant salesman and work team. I called Kitchen Fair and they came out to give me a quote right away. Even with the extra work of the table, their prices were far better than a home improvement store. My kitchen was so clean after they left that I wouldn't have known they were there except for seeing the new countertop, sink and table. I was exceedingly pleased with them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have work done in their kitchen.
