Keepin It Clean Mobile Detail

It went very well. They were very timely and efficient and did a great job. They had an issue with their mobile truck so they came and picked up the car and took it back to their shop and completed the work and returned it promptly. Jeff was great to talk to and will use him for my other car next.

It went very well. Calls were promptly returned, and the work was completed on time for the agreed-upon price. Our very dirty mini-van was rendered almost new. They worked with our tight schedule and got it back to us in time to travel for the Thanksgiving holiday. They are very courteous and conscientious.

I purchased a gift certificate from Jeff, the owner, as Christmas gift for my fiance to have his car fully detailed. I think it was about $150. The gift certificate arrived within a day of order placement. My fiance was very happy to receive it and finally had his car detailed in May. We weren't home when the service was done - just left the gift certificate and a tip in the car. When we arrived home, the car was SPARKLING CLEAN inside and out! Whoever did the work did a wonderful job - got all of the nooks and crannies and the wheels... well, the wheels were a total disaster but the detailer must have sprinkled fairy dust on them and used a ton of elbow grease because they looked AWESOME! I highly recommend this provider and we will definitely book with them again!

The inside was spotless, and he put some terrific cleaner on the dashboards which made them look shiny and new but it wasn't sticky or oily. The upholstery, carpets and trunks were all cleaned to brand new. The exterior was waxed on both vehicles and many scratches were removed; again, the autos looked like new! Because we had two vehicles done we receive a 10% discount, and the price was very reasonable for the wonderful job he and his crew did.

The work was excellent and thoroough, the workers punctual, pleasant, and professional. A luxury, for sure, but one you notice and appreciate day after day after day. This is the second time we have asked Jeff and the crew to do their magic and both times, the work was terrific!

Had them do a full in and out detail on my '99 Honda Accord last year and it came out really great -- even buffed a nasty scratch out. It hadn't seen a good cleaning in years and they really did an excellent job. Just had them do a '11 Chevy Cruze and it came back like new. Could not be more pleased. Both times they took the car back to their shop. Jeff is quick at responding and keeps in touch throughout the time they have the car. Highly recommended and would use them again.

Jeff was very professional and prompt. Because of poor weather, he transported my car to the indoor facility. The car was in great condition after the cleaning and feels like new again.

This service made every inch of the inside and outside of my husband's 2002 Accord with more than 200,000 miles look brand new. We have three children who apparently have no regard for keeping their and quot;taxiand quot; clean. Typically a good wash and vacuuming will maintain it's nice appearance. However, my oldest daughter got sick in the back of the van on the Friday before Labor Day. It was in the evening, so we did our best to clean out what we could. That evening, I checked Angie's List for and quot;auto detailingand quot; and found Keepin' It Clean Mobile. It truly was a huge relief to see that I could find a mobile car detailing company. I was concerned because it was a holiday weekend, but I placed the call Saturday morning just to see. I spoke with Jeff DiCarlo, who was more than happy to help us. But, it was a holiday weekend for him, too, and he was unable to commit to a time over the weekend since he was heading out of town. Completely understandable on my end, so we agreed that he would contact me on Monday to set a time for either Tuesday or Wednesday. He worked through his trip to finalize his Tuesday schedule, and called me Monday (on Labor Day) to let me know that his first opening was on Wednesday. We scheduled a time, and I counted the hours until I could get the horrible smell out of my van! He and his staff came to my house on Wednesday around 11:30 a.m. and worked from the moment they arrived until almost 4 p.m. They were able to get the van back into as close to new shape as possible after three and a half years of my kids, their friends and lots of traveling damage to the interior. I had also been caught behind a road line painting crew, and they were able to get the majority of the yellow paint off the exterior of the van. The smell was pretty much gone, the van looked beautiful, and I've recommended them over and over. In fact, a neighbor saw them in my driveway and called me to see what was going on and to get their number. Love the service!

I called Jeff at Keepin' it Clean after reading reviews on Angies list . I couldn't find one bad review and the fact that he would come to your location was essential for me because I let my trucks inspection expire since I just purchased a newer truck. I scheduled for 11:30 am on a Tuesday since I would be home all day. Jeff called me that morning to confirm my appt. then a short while later he called because they got a flat on the trailer with the equipment. Jeff apologized and said he could be out to my place one hour later. He arrived on time and began to work. Jeff and his worker spent about 3 1/2 hours or so and did a fantastic job! I hadn't cleaned my truck in years as it was used for hauling mulch, stone, and anything else. The inside had a layer of dirt and doghair everywhere since my dog accompanied me on all my trips. When Jeff was done, it was amazing! My leather looked brand new, there wasn't a spec of dirt in sight nor a hair to be found. My truck is now clean as new so I can get it sold faster and for a better price.

I run a small business and know how demanding customers are. Our experience was delightfull with no suprises. The only complaint I had was that I did not tip them enough

After reading other reviews of Keepin' It Clean, I called and spoke with Jeff, the owner of the business. He thoroughly explained their process. Although their price usually involves an interior detail as well as exterior, he was flexible and willing to do only the exterior of my 10 year old Honda, and we quickly agreed on a date. He gave me a time frame on the scheduled date, kept in touch, and arrived well within that time. We live in a large apartment complex, and the work was done in our parking lot. He explained that the service would take a few hours, which it did, and I was very happy with the results. My car is black, and had a number of minor scratches, especially around the door handles. The car was washed, the surface prepared, and then waxed and buffed, and the scratches were gone! The finish was renewed, all the rubber and plastic areas were treated, the tires dressed, and the car looks great. I am very pleased with the work, and will definitely use this service again.

Well, due to the meticulous job done on my truck I enlisted him to do my Bass Boat and it was done in the meticulous fashion that my truck was done. I'm a touring Professional Touring Bass Pro and several of my team mates were in awe when they seen my boat. Great experience. These guys came onsite promptly and did fabulous work. I am actually in the process of contacting them again to detail another vehicle and realized I forgot to write them a review originally. Great communication and an awesome knowledge of detailing products. These guys can actually tell you the difference in leather conditioning for a BMW, Jaguar, Porsche or Mercedes that makes best sense. Very impressive for a company that charges very reasonable prices for the level of work that they perform. A+++++

Keepin' it clean did an absolutely fantastic job. We just moved to Pittsburgh and my husband's truck was shipped cross country on a vehicle carrier. It was extremely dirty when we received it. After Keepin' It Clean, the truck was immaculate and looked brand new. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needed a REAL car detail.

When I first called, Jeff took the time to explain his services and find out what I needed. We scheduled a time for the detailing and arranged for him to pick up and drop off the car since there is not a good place for him to do the work where I live. He offered to leave a car for me, but I did not need one. On the morning of the appointment, Jeff called to confirm and let me know when he'd arrive. LOOK NO FURTHER THAN JEFF FOR A DETAiLING COMPANY!!!! I called Jeff to detail my Denali Pick up truck left message he promptly returned my call. We discussed project gave me options and set a time and date. He came earlier to pick up vehicle with advance notice with a courtesy call picked vehicle up. No muss no fuss total customer service at its finest!! As the owner of the top rated painting company on Angies List I insist customer service is the number one priority for us and Jeff delivers this and beyond! It started to rain and I called and asked if he could delay bringing my tuck to me and he never gave it a second thought and said "no problem" which was totally awesome! People who get services from the providers on Angies list should make it a point to put reports on here because this is how we survive and get business. If I could write ten reports for him I would with the total satisfaction I have with Jeff and his crew. The end result a beautiful detail and awesome customer service! I called Jeff and asked him to detail my Toyota Sienna van. This van wore the marks and trash and mess of years of abuse with my kids growing up. It looked horrible even though it was a great van to drive. I was getting ready to sell it and knew that no one would buy it in that terrible condition- candy stuck to the floor, rock hard french fries in the holes where the bucket seats met the floor- eew! Jeff came and took it and brought it back 6 hours later looking like someone else's lovely van. He said that they spent 5 1/2 hours on it. I couldn't believe the difference. Why would anyone use any other detailer? If he could get my wreck of a van looking gorgeous, think what he could do for your car which couldn't possibly look that bad! My kids and I decided to keep it and here we are several months later and it still looks nice.

I called Jeff on Monday morning to tell him that I had 4 vehicles to be detailed. He said that he could be there on Tuesday afternoon to get started. He arrived about 3PM and worked with his assistant until about 6:30 and completed one car. They returned on Wednesday morning and completed the other three vehicles; again working until about 6:30. They were very professional in their manner and in the quality of the work that they did. I will certainly use them again.

Looked on Angie's List for a car detailer. Found Jeff DeCarlo's evaluation. He also comes to my office and picks up my car to take it back to his shop. He even offered me a loaner car! He returned my car in a few hours. My 5 year old vehicle looked and smelled showroom new.
